Mi sono recato da loro, e nonostante la loro officina era stracolma di moto in riparazione, dopo 10 minuti mi hanno accolto,prima il proprietario e poi è arrivato il meccanico. Hanno diagnosticato il problema con estrema onesta, smontando addirittura il serbatoio della moto per essere sicuri. Persone competenti ed oneste. Lo consiglio vivamente. Antonio Esposito
Hello, I had a problem with my Fazer 1000, on Google I found Santori. I went to them, and despite their workshop was full of motorcycles under repair, after 10 minutes they welcomed me, first the owner and then the mechanic arrived. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato lì 4 volte facendo avanti e dietro (abito a 25 km da lì) dovevo cambiare una catena per un fantic 50 portandomi la catena originale, hanno sbagliato 3 volte catena me l’hanno data una volta passo 415 (a me serviva passo 420), e altre due volte più corta con 6 e 5 maglie in meno dentro una scatola con scritto 130 maglie. Chi lavora mi pareva molto svogliato e con poco interesse verso il cliente.
I have been there 4 times going back and forth (I live 25 km from there) I had to change a chain for a fantic 50 bringing me the original chain, they were wrong 3 times the chain they gave it to me once step 415 (I needed step 420 ), and two more times shorter with 6 and 5 stitches less inside a box with 130 stitches written on it. Hanno avuto un modo di rispondere svogliato, mi è parsa come una gestione un po' stanca, con zero affiatamento, eppure di solito chi fa questo tipo di attività è gente scattante, con una passione viva, di fuoco ardente, e quindi dovrebbe saper consigliare, saper proporre, qui invece c'è un'aria di superficialità, di trascuratezza un po' deprimente, anche il solo tono della voce, le risposte sintetiche, o meglio monosillabiche e vaghe, lasciano intendere che ormai non hanno più la voglia, si sentono ai titoli di coda, al capolinea
