★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia moto a fare il tagliando dei 12000Km e si sono rifiutati di farlo secondo il manuale officina della mia Kawasaki ZX6R, hanno solo cambiato l'olio ed il filtro, nonostante la mia richiesta di rispettare la tabella di marcia che prevedeva cambio filtro aria e candele perché per loro non erano da sostituire. Le ho cambiate per conto mio ed in effetti avevo ragione.
Inoltre avevo il minimo troppo basso, la moto si spegneva alle volte in prima e non me l'ha voluto mettere a 1300 Giri come da manuale perché secondo lui poi avrei avuto meno freno motore.
Gli avevo chiesto di controllare la tensione della catena, risultato la catena è rimasta lenta ma in compenso mi hanno schizzato la gomma posteriore con il grasso per catena.
Ci sono tornato per un confronto faccia a faccia, ma nonostante le evidenze sono voluti rimanere del loro parere senza volermi venire incontro.
Insomma, se amate la vostra moto non ce la portate, ve la tratteranno solo come un lavoro da fare in fretta e senza la minima cura.

I took my bike to do the 12000Km service and they refused to do it according to the workshop manual of my Kawasaki ZX6R, they only changed the oil and the filter, despite my request to respect the schedule that provided for filter change air and candles because for them they were not to be replaced. I changed them on my own and in fact I was right.
Furthermore, I had too low the idle speed, the bike would turn off sometimes in first gear and he didn't want to put it at 1300 rpm as per the manual because according to him then I would have had less engine brake.
I asked him to check the chain tension, as a result the chain remained slack but in return they splashed the rear tire with chain grease.
I went back there for a face-to-face confrontation, but despite the evidence they wanted to stay their opinion without wanting to come to meet me.
In short, if you love your bike, you won't bring it, they will only treat it as a job to be done quickly and without the slightest care.
Never again....

Mi hanno risposto in maniera sgarbata, il titolare mi rideva in faccia. Velo sconsiglio non tornerò mai più, se dovete aquistare una Honda andante in un'altra concessionaria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo scorso anno ho acquistato uno scooter di seconda mano. La data di consegna mai rispettata (continuavano a tergiversare) perché sono venuto a sapere (dopo mie insistenti e giustificate domande) che lo scooter aveva un problema serio che non riuscivano a gestire. Dopo un mese di attesa ed in prossimità delle ferie estive, dopo aver giustamente alzato la voce, mi dicono che lo scooter era miracolosamente pronto da ritirare.
Lo riprendo quest'anno per girare in estate (tenuto tutta l invernata in garage) , controllo olio fatto ed altri controlli di base ....dopo due settimane...motore grippato e scooter da rottamare.
Garanzia scaduta...

Last year I bought a second hand scooter. The delivery date never met (they kept beating around the bush) because I learned (after my insistent and justified questions) that the scooter had a serious problem that they couldn't manage. After a month of waiting and near the summer holidays, after having rightly raised my voice, they tell me that the scooter was miraculously ready to be picked up.
I take it back this year to ride in the summer (kept all winter in the garage), oil check done and other basic checks .... after two weeks ... engine seized and scooter to be scrapped.
Expired warranty ...
