Ottima l’interfaccia che ha trattato il mio acquisto di una Ford Puma, Giorgio Licitra. Un addetto alle vendite efficace e serio, davvero bravo malgrado la giovane età. Alla fine, anche mia moglie ha deciso di cambiare l’auto ed eccoci entrambi con due Puma fiammanti. Il post vendita funziona e continua a seguire il cliente con la debita attenzione. Davvero un’ottima esperienza!
I directly verified the excellent reputation enjoyed by this dealership. Availability and courtesy, competence and clarity. Excellent interface that handled my purchase of a Ford Puma, Giorgio Licitra. An effective and serious salesperson, really good despite his young age. In the end, my wife also decided to change the car and here we are both with two shiny Pumas. The after-sales service works and continues to follow the customer with due attention. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo giorni di messaggi e chiamate con un venditore della concessionaria di Porto san Giorgio, decidiamo di incontrarci per l’acquisto dell’auto. Non essendo della zona riferisco che avrei potuto effettuare un bonifico per bloccata l’auto. Mi viene consigliato di recarmi in loco. Dopo 150 km di viaggio, avvisando preventivamente del mio arrivo, scopro solo sul posto che l’auto è già stata venduta.
Non la chiamerei professionalità.
After days of messages and calls with a salesman from the Porto San Giorgio dealership, we decide to meet to buy the car. Not being from the area, I report that I could have made a bank transfer to have the car blocked. I am advised to go there. After 150 km of travel, by giving advance notice of my arrival, I only discover on the spot that the car has already been sold.
I wouldn't call it professionalism.
