Mi sono fermato per una prova su strada, un venditore ha protestato a voce alta con il collega che lui col cavolo che me la faceva provare alle 18 . Dopo aver sentito queste parole con le mie orecchie ho rifiutato la prova e me ne sono andato.

Mi sono trovata benissimo con Roberto Petetta addetto alla vendita: competenza,cordialita' e reperibilità per qualsiasi necessità anche dopo mesi dall'acquisto.
Ogni volta che ho avuto necessità anche fuori dal suo orario di servizio mi ha supportato...come accaduto stasera per riaprire la mia auto tramite l'app dopo averla chiusa dimenticando dentro le chiavi!

Essendo una Cupra, sono stato seguito dal primo momento dal Cupra Master Pier Paolo Palma, che sin dalle prime email di richieste informazioni si è dimostato una persona seria, corretta e molto disponibile. Aggiungo che Pier Paolo non mi ha "abbandonato" dopo la vendita, anzi si è sempre reso disponibile per chiarimenti e spiegazioni (essendo una macchina ibrida plugin non è proprio semplicissima da utilizzare) facendo molto più di quello che sarebbe stato di sua competenza. Sempre disponibilie e gentile fa chiaramente trasparire la passione che mette nel suo lavoro e nella cura del cliente! Ottima esperienza! Consigliatissimi!
I bought my car at the Sciarra spa Group. Being a Cupra, I was followed from the first moment by the Cupra Master Pier Paolo Palma, who from the very first emails asking for information proved to be a serious, correct and very helpful person. I add that Pier Paolo did not "abandon" me after the sale, on the contrary he always made himself available for clarifications and explanations (being a hybrid plugin machine it is not really easy to use) doing much more than what would have been his competence. Always available and kind, she clearly shows the passion she puts into her work and customer care! Great experience! Highly recommended!
