Il laboratorio ha qualcosa di magico e sembra di essere a Natale, con vetri colorati ovunque. Bella come esperienza genitori-figli.

At home I found Vianello Nadia Murrino online and asked for that specific piece which was of course sold by then. But Davide was so kind to offer me to actually make a similar one. How wonderfull!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here as part of Vennice Glass week and were fortunate enough to have a go at making our own murrinas (glass tile). This was an amazing experience and was the highlight of our trip to Venice. The couple running the demonstration and workshop were wonderful, so kind and helpful, and worked hard to explain everything in English.
Making the murrina itself was enjoyable and we got to choose our own design. I'm not sure that this workshop is available outside of glass week, but the products alone make it worth a visit. The murrinas are sold around Venice so keep your eye out!
The pieces in my pictures are before they are fired and shaped.
Would love to go back! And can't wait to get my Murrina in the mail!
