Oltre pullman pieno di passeggeri; al tornare indietro da pettina a sigignano, per passeggero non prelevato, la nota negativa è che a seguito vi era altro mezzo della stessa azienda completamente vuoto. Che significa? Prendere in giro i clienti? Non era possibile farci viaggiare un po’ più comodi? Oppure non era meglio farli viaggiare distanti, uno dall’altro, così occhio non vede cui non duole. Grazie Aurora. Nightmare journey. Esempio: Como Zurigo lo trovi anche a 9€ dipende il periodo. I mezzi sono forniti di wc e prese usb frigo ecc. Ottima qualità. Ci vediamo presto Perfect punctuality. Il call center, molto corretto nelle informazioni da dare al cliente. Alcune ditte, anche se piccole, sono molto meglio di un Flixbus. Qualità di confort Ottimo. Viaggi con autobus L Aurora. Detto questo, vorrei dare una risposta alla signora che dice di essere rimasta a piedi per la rottura del bus. La signora si sbaglia, anche perché, la data che lei dice, la compagnia non viaggiava. Poi sul sito ci sono delle foto dei pullman nuovi ed invece ci avete fatto viaggiare su uno vecchio e scomodo. Peccato, anni fa mi ero trovata bene. Bad experience unfortunately. From the ball air conditioning at night that made us all freeze to death to the driver who insults two ladies. Then on the site there are photos of the new buses and instead you made us travel on an old and uncomfortable one. Too bad, years ago I was fine.
