★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non per quanto riguarda il servizio ma il personale. Ero in viaggio verso Erto con la mia auto, costretto a fermarmi in una piazzola di sosta causa gomma bucata mi ritrovo a chiamare l'assistenza stradale. Nel mentre che ero al telefono si parcheggia dietro di me il bus di questa azienda e lo vedo sbracciare. Mi avvicino per chiarire la situazione e l'autista si è rivelato fin da subito scortese e mi ha obbligato a spostare l'auto perché pretendeva più spazio. L'area di sosta era molto ampia, ci stavano tre bus ma nonostante la mia difficile situazione ho dovuto spostare l'auto mettendo in attesa al telefono il soccorso stradale. Capisco che potrebbe aver avuto la giornata storta ma io che ho bucato 2 volte, ruota di scorta compreso, con l'hotel che mi aspettava e la giornata iniziata male, ho mantenuto la calma e son stato cortese nei suoi confronti senza ricevere lo stesso trattamento di cortesia. Tanta amarezza.
Not in regards to the service but the staff. I was traveling to Erto with my car, forced to stop in a lay-by due to a flat tire, I find myself calling roadside assistance. While I was on the phone, the bus of this company parked behind me and I saw him waving. I approached to clarify the situation and the driver was immediately rude and forced me to move the car because he wanted more space. The parking area was very large, there were three buses but despite my difficult situation I had to move the car and put the roadside assistance on hold on the phone. I understand that he may have had a bad day but I, having punctured twice, including the spare tire, with the hotel waiting for me and the day started badly, I kept calm and was courteous towards him without receiving the same treatment courtesy. So much bitterness.
