★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima ed altamente suggestiva antichissima via etrusca, ricca di tombe scavate nel tufo ed inserita nel bosco dove fa da padrone il leccio, mentre il muschio ricopre le zone più umide. Da poco resa di nuovo fruibile dal Gruppo Archeologico Romano - Sezione di Cerveteri che ne ha curato anche la segnaletica, con supporto puntuale anche via web. Sono in corso le attività di ripulitura nel tratto contiguo fino al confine del complesso archeologico della Banditaccia.
Beautiful and highly suggestive ancient Etruscan road, rich in tombs dug in the tuff and inserted in the wood where the holm oak is the master, while the moss covers the most humid areas. Recently made accessible again by the Roman Archaeological Group - Section of Cerveteri who also took care of the signs, with punctual support also via the web. Cleaning activities are in progress in the contiguous section up to the border of the archaeological complex of the Banditaccia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A circa 50 km da Roma si trova la città di Cerveteri e qui è possibile visitare la necropoli etrusca detta "La via degli inferi"! Luogo magico che ci riporta indietro nel tempo per poter ammirare la straordinaria arte del popolo etrusco. Le tombe sono scavate nel terreno ed emergono con una forma sferica, creando piccole collinette. Davvero incredibile. Da vedere

Tenuta in ottime condizioni grazie al lavoro del gruppo archeologico locale, è uno spaccato delle tipologie di sepolture etrusche dalle più arcaiche a quelle più recenti.
The Via degli Inferi is located in the outer part of the Banditaccia necropolis complex. It is freely accessible as is the entire area outside the fence of the necropolis. Kept in excellent condition thanks to the work of the local archaeological group, it is a cross-section of the types of Etruscan burials from the most archaic to the most recent.
