f	fiorenza vallino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima valutazione. Prenotato il 29, arriviamo il 30 dicembre sera, due matrimoniali. Stanze gelide. Evidentemente avevano appena acceso il riscaldamento. In una c'era il vetro della finestra con il buco per il tubo dell'aria condizionata aperto. Nell'altra il letto aveva solo il lenzuolo e la sopracoperta. Le coperte erano nell'armadio. Quindi ho dovuto fare il letto. Coperte: una da una piazza e mezzo. Due da una piazza. Abbiamo dormito vestiti, calzamaglia, calzettoni, maglietta e felpa imbottita. Se avessimo voluto andare in campeggio sarebbe stato più sensato. Per non parlare del bagno: water traballante e asciugamani del paleolitico. La mattina dopo non si riesce a parlare con nessuno salvo che con la signoria Aurelia responsabile delle camere. Al num di tel delle prenotazioni c'è la segreteria, lascio diversi messaggi ma nessuno richiama. L'Aurelia molto riluttante mi dà il tel di uno che dice di non sapere niente della gestione, ascolta educato le mie rimostranze ma non c'è verso di parlare con un responsabile. Bad evaluation. Al suo interno, oltre le collezioni etrusche del museo, si segnala il cortile e il camminamento superiore, con un suggestivo affaccio sui tetti del centro storico e, in parte, sulla centrale Piazza S.
