★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio molto efficiente. Si risparmia il 30% di tempo rispetto ad altre soluzioni. Per chi non lo sapesse, l'aliscafo viaggia ad alta velocità rispetto ad un normale traghetto quindi non è molto adatto chi soffre il mare, tale problema è accentuato in caso di mare grosso.
 Very efficient service. It saves 30% of time compared to other solutions. For the uninitiated, the hydrofoil travels at high speed compared to a normal ferry so it is not very suitable for those who suffer from the sea, this problem is accentuated in case of heavy seas.

Hanno cancellato la corsa ponza anzio per maltempo, ho chiesto il rimborso tramite modulo ma dei soldi nemmeno l'ombra. La scusa fornitemi e' che se volevo i soldi indietro dovevo spedirgli il biglietto in originale. Ahahaahah roba da matti
They are rude and disorganized scammers with ancient hydrofoils.
They canceled the ponza anzio race due to bad weather, I asked for a refund through the form but not even the shadow of the money. The excuse you give me is that if I wanted my money back I had to send him the original ticket. Ahahaahah crazy stuff

Prenoto con largo anticipo l'aliscafo con tratta anzio - ponza, ovviamente pagando al momento della prenotazione come da loro richiesto, 3 giorni prima della partenza (3 GIORNI), mi contattano dicendo che per problemi tecnici l'aliscafo non sarebbe partito e avrei dovuto chiedere il rimborso. Ovviamente procedo subito con il modulo di rimborso, che tutt'ora dopo ben 2 mesi sto ancora aspettando.
Vergognosi.
Incommentable! I book the hydrofoil with anzio - ponza route well in advance, obviously paying at the time of booking as requested, 3 days before departure (3 DAYS), they contact me saying that due to technical problems the hydrofoil would not have left and I should have ask for a refund. Obviously I proceed immediately with the refund form, which still after 2 months I am still waiting.
Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for not sinking and one for being on time - otherwise a horrible experience. From the website to the dishonourable ticket office lady. The rest of the world doesn’t have to (and not does) put up with this quality of website. Takes counter-intuitive to a new level. The lack of timetable online and the timetable on the answer machine that tests even the fluent Italian speaker is remarkable. Good way of keeping away those pesky foreigners at least. Thanks heavens for Ponza itself - what a glory!
