Ha dimostrato massima disponibilità e cuore in una situazione che avrebbe potuto diventare davvero pericolosa. La consiglio senza riserve. The Doctor was immediately available to me when I needed help for my kitten who had just been spayed by another vet. Coadiuvata da una sua assistente altrettanto gentile e disponibile, la Dott.ssa Gorlato segue la mia gatta Mimì ormai da tempo e con lei mi sento davvero al sicuro. Viste anche le mie passate esperienze, non credo sia possibile trovare un migliore medico veterinario ! Dr. Gorlato manages to combine great medical preparation and rare human skills! Always available, generous in giving precious advice and ready to listen to even the most "anxious" owners, she works by showing a sincere love for the animals she takes care of ..... Assisted by an equally kind and helpful assistant, Dr. Gorlato has been following my cat Mimì for some time now and I feel really safe with her. Ci siamo affidati a lei in un momento molto particolare del nostro "figlio peloso" e lei ci ha consigliato, assistito, sopportato e supportato sempre. Non la cambierei con nessun altro veterinario perché sa fare bene il suo lavoro e perché Lei c'è sempre ad ogni necessità. Non smetterò mai di ringraziare la Dottoressa per tutto quello che ha fatto e sta ancora facendo per noi. Un ultimo ringraziamento lo vorrei fare alla Signora Venusia, persona dolce, gentile, umana e altrettanto disponibile. La dottoressa e la sua assistente sono anzitutto persone che hanno una grande sensibilità e amore verso gli animali e questo fa si che ci sia molto impegno e attenzione a consigliare le cure migliori. La dottoressa è molto professionale e scrupolosa e, nella nostra esperienza, è stata disponibile con noi anche fuori dall'orario di ambulatorio per emergenze. Ugualmente la sua assistente, è una persona che sa accoglierci sempre con gentilezza e simpatia. Noi abbiamo PIENA FIDUCIA dei consigli che ci vengono forniti. Altro: ambulatorio molto pulito (questo è importante e quasi introvabile almeno nella mia esperienza) , puntualità negli appuntamenti, costo dei servizi nella media e visibile nel sito. we went to Dr. Annamaria Gorlato's clinic after the adoption of two kittens from an association.
