A	Alex Martino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo conosciuto Bao Miao village dopo aver visionato parecchi allevamenti, in quanto desideravamo un Barbone Toy, ma la cosa che più ci ha colpito è che nessuno ci aveva trasmesso la stessa fiducia e la stessa professionalità che ci ha riservato il Bao Miao village. Abbiamo incontrato uno staff preparatissimo e disponibilissimo che ci ha assistito sin da subito, nella scelta del cucciolo, ma soprattutto ora che lo abbiamo portato a casa. Non ti abbandonano mai anzi sono sempre presenti e questo ci ha reso molto tranquilli essendo per noi il primo cucciolo. In particolar modo ci ha seguiti Daniela, ragazza dolcissima, molto disponibile e preparata. Sicuramente continueremo a frequentare il Bao Miao village per qualsiasi cosa avremo bisogno in futuro. L’intera struttura è sempre pulita ed accogliente. Un’esperienza più che positiva e che consiglierei a chiunque. We met a highly trained and extremely available staff who assisted us right away, in choosing the puppy, but above all now that we have brought him home. They never abandon you, on the contrary they are always present and this made us very calm being the first puppy for us. In particular, Daniela followed us, a very sweet girl, very helpful and prepared. We will definitely continue to frequent Bao Miao village for whatever we need in the future. The entire structure is always clean and welcoming. A more than positive experience and that I would recommend to anyone.

Ci si sente veramente a casa. Siamo stati seguiti da Daniela, super preparata, disponibile e con una passione vera per i cani. Ci ha spiegato come prenderci cura nei minimi dettagli del nostro Dante, un meraviglioso barboncino e ci ha fatto anche un sacco di regali per il nostro cucciolo. La struttura è pulitissima, curatissima, con una toelettatura e il veterinario, pronti a seguirvi anche dopo l’adozione! C’è poco da dire, andateli a trovare e capirete da soli che vi trovate davanti persone preparate e professionali. Un saluto speciale anche al mitico Luca, il volto della pagina Instagram! Avevo un urgente bisogno di operare la mia cagnolina di razza bulldog inglese, una razza particolarmente delicata, specie quando si tratta di anestesia. Durante il periodo di ferie non è facile trovare un ambulatorio veterinario aperto, e quello dove vado di solito è chiuso. Devo dire, che non sapevo a chi potevo affidare la mia cagnolina e per fortuna ho trovato questa struttura. Ho chiamato e abbiamo fissato subito l'appuntamento. Visto che l'intervento è stato necessario e anche urgente, hanno provveduto a fissare l'intervento il prima possibile. Sono stata piacevolmente colpita dalla professionalità di tutto lo staff, e dopo l'intervento la cagnolina stava benissimo. È difficile immaginare la persona più felice di me nel momento in cui l'ho rivista. Anche se questo posto è un po' distante, se avessi bisogno mi rivolgerò sicuramentea a loro. Il chirurgo ( Roberto), l'anestesista e Claudia anno fatto il suo dovere con la massima professionalità. Vi ringrazio a tutti e anche al responsabile, Fabio Merlo, che si è occupato di tutta l'organizzazione. It is not easy to find an open vet clinic during the holidays, and the one I go to is usually closed. I must say, that I did not know who I could entrust my dog to and luckily I found this structure. I called and we made an appointment right away. Since the intervention was necessary and also urgent, they arranged for the intervention as soon as possible. I was pleasantly impressed by the professionalism of all the staff, and after the surgery the dog was fine. It's hard to imagine the happier person than me when I saw her again. Even if this place is a bit of a distance, if I need to, I will definitely contact them. The surgeon (Roberto), the anesthetist and Claudia did her duty with the utmost professionalism.
