Ho stressato il mio gatto con il viaggio, ho aspettato più di mezz'ora in sala d'attesa, dopo di che me ne sono andata. Professionalità 0 assoluto!!Mai più!! Today appointment for 10:30 for the vaccination of my kitten.I showed up in the clinic, at the reception Nobody !! I knocked on the door several times, bohhh Nobody yet. I stressed my cat with travel, waited over half an hour in the waiting room, after which I left. Absolute 0 professionalism !! Never again !!

Qualche giorno fa ci siamo trovati a dover affrontare una situazione di emergenza e ci siamo sentiti subito confortati dalla professionalità, competenza ed empatia dei 2 dottori, Cristina e Giuseppe, che alla fine di tutto hanno condiviso con noi la gioia di vedere il nostro Pepe stare meglio! Visita che, secondo loro, avrebbe confermato la diagnosi ma che, invece, non ha evidenziato nulla di quanto, secondo loro, si sarebbe dovuto trovare. Nonostante ciò, si procede per la strada ormai intrapresa e mi si comunica la necessità di rimuovere l'intera dentatura del gatto per colpa di una stomatite. (Indicata nella gengiva superiore sinistra da due altri veterinari ma che, secondo loro, si trovava sul labbro inferiore) Conclusasi la visita, vado per pagare con bancomat e mi viene richiesto di comunicare il codice PIN segreto (o almeno così dovrebbe essere) così che possa essere digitato dalla dottoressa. Il gatto è stato curato da un altro veterinario con due iniezioni di antibiotico. A distanza di qualche mese posso affermare che il problema non si è più ripresentato. (Indicated in the upper left gum by two other vets but which, according to them, was on the lower lip) After the visit, I go to pay with an ATM and I am asked to communicate the secret PIN code (or so it should be) so that it can be entered by the doctor. The cat was treated by another vet with two antibiotic injections. After a few months I can say that the problem has never returned.
