Aufgrund dem hohen Verkehrsaufkommen(wir sind 30km dahin gefahren !!) ist unsere Ankunftszeit 12:05 gewesen... wir haben davor angerufen und gefragt ob sie kurz warten könnten... ein klares ,,no, we close at 12“ und wir standen vor verschlossenen Türen um 12:05.. NIE wieder! We called in the morning to borrow a Vespa. Due to the high volume of traffic (we drove 30km there !!) our arrival time was 12:05 ... we called beforehand and asked if they could wait a moment ... a clear "no, we close at 12" and we stood in front of closed doors at 12:05 pm .. NEVER again!

Die Situation ändert sich, wenn Ihr einen Schaden am Roller habt, selbst oder fremd verschuldet. Denn die Roller haben nur eine Haftpflichtversicherung und keine Kasko. Es kann Euch also passieren, dass Ihr die Kosten zu 100 Prozent übernehmen müsst. Fragt deshalb nochmal genau nach, wie Ihr versichert seid. Kann mir nicht passieren! Roller wird auf dem Parkplatz umgestoßen, Verursacher unbekannt, Schaden 1500 €. Die zahlt Ihr! Glaubt Ihr nicht? Fragt einfach nach! Dann wird der Urlaub richtig teuer !!!! Yes, it's always easy to rent a scooter. Almost all landlords are friendly and very helpful. The situation changes if you have damage to the scooter, yourself or someone else's fault. Because the scooters only have liability insurance and no comprehensive insurance. So it can happen to you that you have to cover 100 percent of the costs. Therefore, ask again exactly how you are insured. Can't happen to me! Scooter is knocked over in the parking lot, cause unknown, damage 1500 €. You pay for it! Don't you think so? Just ask! Then the vacation will be really expensive !!!!
T	Thomas Hötscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roller Fahren um den Gardasee - sehr cool! Sind spontan in der Früh hin, Vespas waren leider schon weg, aber die Django war auch top. Neuwertige Roller und Helme, super netter Service. Kann ich empfehlen! Scooter driving around Lake Garda - very cool! Are spontaneous in the morning, Vespas were unfortunately gone, but the Django was also great. As good as new scooters and helmets, super nice service. I can recommend it!

Wie vereinbart wurde ich sogar (kostenlos) im Urlaubsort abgeholt und zum Büro des Verleihs gebracht. Leider platze bei der Vespa ein Stück des Kühlschlauchs, was die Fahrt auf der anderen Seite des Gardasees enden ließ. Aber auch hier war der Service vorbildlich: Ein Ersatzfahrzeug wurde uns schnellstmöglich gestellt und sogar der Preis für den Tag zurückerstattet. Auch bei der Rückgabe der Vespa wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und abermals zum Hotel geshuttelt – danke hierfür. Wir kommen gerne wieder... We had borrowed a Vespa for mid-August - contact by email was easy and very friendly. As agreed, I was even picked up (free of charge) at my holiday destination and taken to the rental office. Unfortunately, a piece of the cooling hose on the Vespa burst, which ended the trip on the other side of Lake Garda. But here, too, the service was exemplary: We were given a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible and the price for the day was even refunded. When we returned the Vespa, we received a very friendly welcome and shuttled back to the hotel - thanks for that. We would love to come back ...
