Esperienza non buona. Poca professionalità e disponibilità. Per un disguido sulla carta (poi risolto) non è stato consegnato la sera, in caso il furgone fosse stato riconsegnato oltre la mezz’ora dopo l’orario avremmo dovuto pagare una giornata in più (anche se fosse stato 45 minuti dopo), ricevo una mail alle 7 del mattino in cui mi si chiede a che ora riporto il furgone (avevo già comunicato il tutto) e arriviamo in ufficio e ... non c’è nessuno e dobbiamo aspettare. Ora spero che si sblocchino in fretta i soldi della pre autorizzazione perché non sapevano nemmeno dopo quanto si sbloccano. La professionalità è un’altra cosa. LEGGO ORA LA RISPOSTA DEL PROPRIETARIO E PURTROPPO NON POSSO RISPONDERE SE NON AGGIUNGENDO QUI LA MIA RISPOSTA. Credo che lei ricordi male come sono andate le cose, dalla carta di credito che non aveva fondo (quando invece era un problema di PIN - no comment-) al non avermi avvertito della pre-autorizzazione e la poca disponibilità, dati i vari inghippi, a darci mezz'ora in più per riconsegnare il furgone, tra le varie cose. Inoltre minimizzare il fatto che ho dovuto chiamarvi perché veniste in ufficio perché non c'eravate all'orario convenuto dimostra la scarsa professionalità. Di solito non amo fare recensioni negative ma con voi l'esperienza è stata pessima. Mi dispiace, ma forse invece che inventare cose potreste usare le mie parole per migliorarvi. Peace
Not good experience. Little professionalism and availability. For a mistake on the card (later solved) it was not delivered in the evening, in case the van was returned after half an hour we would have had to pay an extra day (even if it was 45 minutes later), I receive an email at 7 in the morning asking me at what time I bring the van back (I had already communicated everything) and we arrive at the office and ... there is no one and we have to wait. Now I hope that the pre-authorization money will be released quickly because they did not even know after how long it will be released. Professionalism is another thing. I READ NOW THE OWNER'S ANSWER AND UNFORTUNATELY I CANNOT ANSWER UNTIL ADDING MY ANSWER HERE. I think she remembers badly how things went, from the credit card that had no fund (when it was a PIN problem - no comment-) to not having warned me of the pre-authorization and the lack of availability, given the various hitches, to give us an extra half hour to return the van, among other things. Furthermore, minimizing the fact that I had to call you to come to the office because you weren't there at the agreed time shows the lack of professionalism. I don't usually like to write bad reviews but with you the experience was bad. I'm sorry, but maybe instead of making things up you could use my words to improve yourself. Peace

Do not go here. Communication is the worst and the company does not meet its commitments. Save yourself and rent somewhere else.

Worst possible experience ever!!!!! There was no one at the office at the agreed time. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, me and my friends decided to cancel the scooter as it was already 3pm. Then, the company charged us with a 'no-show' fee. The irony..... Do NOT go here if you want to end up calling your bank in order to get your money back. Have a good holiday everyone!!

Rented a scooter for only 2 days. The price of around 90€ per day was reasonable and fair for that time of the year. Also given that they delivered right at the gate of our campsite which was incredible helpful. Giving the scooter back was even easier cause we could just park it at the entrance and they would catch the keys at the reception. The customer service was very fast, speaks good English and is really helpful and caring. Furthermore the technical condition of the scooter was pretty good for a rental. The deposite for the scooter takes about 3-4working days to get it back, so keep that in mind if you run on a small budget. We would rent there again 100%.

Accommodating, friendly, and responsive! It was extremely easy and convenient to book with them -- especially on Saturday when every other rental location was closed! I even got a free upgrade. Couldn't have asked for better service.

I had a very good experience with the rental. Employees spoke good english and were friendly. Little known fact, they can deliver the car and pick it up directly from your hotel. You don't need to go the rental office in person. You just need to let them know in advance. Very convenient!
