Prof. Smadelli si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile umano e professionale regalandoci prezioso tempo del suo lavoro. Grazie We asked for a consultation on Friday 14 April, providing the owner of the clinic with blood tests and x-rays of our dog who died about two months ago. Prof. Smadelli proved to be extremely helpful, human and professional, giving us precious time of his work. Thanks

Smadelli per chiedere delle opinioni in merito al decesso della nostra amata cagnolina, avvenuto in altra città in maniera inaspettata e drammatica. Il Dottore si è mostrato persona di estrema gentilezza, chiarezza ed empatia, fornendoci numerose spiegazioni e le possibili chiavi di lettura dell’accaduto. L’unico rammarico è legato al fatto che, risiedendo altrove, non abbiamo potuto portare la nostra cagnolina in questa clinica: sono ragionevolmente certo che le cose sarebbero andate in maniera differente. Il Dottor Smadelli ci ha regalato un po’ del suo prezioso tempo per parlare con noi (a titolo totalmente gratuito): sono persone come lui che restituiscono la fiducia nel genere umano. We met with Dr. Smadelli to ask for opinions on the death of our beloved dog, which took place in another city in an unexpected and dramatic way. The Doctor showed himself to be a person of extreme kindness, clarity and empathy, providing us with numerous explanations and possible interpretations of what happened. The only regret is linked to the fact that, residing elsewhere, we were unable to bring our dog to this clinic: I am reasonably certain that things would have gone differently. Doctor Smadelli gave us some of his precious time to talk to us (totally free of charge): they are people like him who restore trust in mankind.

Il nostro Bovaro del bernese Billy stava molto male e siamo arrivati alla clinica con il cuore combattuto fra la disperazione e la speranza. Siamo stati accolti subito dall'energica dott.ssa Zecchi che ha saputo con grande professionalità accogliere Billy e sostenere noi. Billy in clinica è stato curato e amato come facente parte della famiglia, dalla stessa dottoressa e, a seguire, da ogni singolo medico dello staff...dall'accoglienza, alla degenza e al laboratorio... nessuno escluso. Billy non ce l'ha fatta, ma, seppure con il cuore ancora gonfio di lacrime, non potremo MAI dimenticare cosa è significato per noi l'umanità, in primis, e la professionalità dimostrata in ogni singolo istante da tutta l'equipe del dott. Our Bernese Mountain Dog Billy was very ill and we arrived at the clinic with our hearts torn between despair and hope. We were immediately greeted by the energetic Dr. Zecchi who was able to welcome Billy and support us with great professionalism. Billy in the clinic was cared for and loved as part of the family, by the doctor herself and, subsequently, by every single doctor on the staff ... from the reception, to the hospitalization and the laboratory ... no one excluded. Billy did not make it, but, even with his heart still swollen with tears, we will NEVER forget what humanity means to us, first of all, and the professionalism demonstrated in every single moment by the whole team of Dr. . Smadelli. A TRULY THANK YOU FROM THE HEART TO DR ZECCHI AND TO ALL THE STAFF OF THE CLINIC.

Alle terza ricoverato e l’esito era che nn aveva nulla, senza contare la scortesia di due veterinari che uno mi rispose che io era andata per un problema sulla lingua non alla gola, e io risposi che il veterinario nn ero io e il cane purtroppo non può dirmi cos’ha. Il giorno dopo purtroppo il cane ebbe una ricaduta, allora cambiai clinica e li dopo qualche giorno l’esito definitivo e finalmente il cane sta bene. Dovrà fare delle cure a causa di manovre sbagliate di questa clinica, ma l’importante è che il cane stia bene. Quindi diffidare da questa clinica. A me l’avevano già sconsigliata ma purtroppo non sapevo dove andare. I had brought my dog because he was unwell, three times in one day. He will have to do some treatment due to wrong maneuvers of this clinic, but the important thing is that the dog is well. So be wary of this clinic. R	Rick Casal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in clinica per una visita oncologica, mi è stato richiesto il green pass appena arrivato in accettazione. Premesso che sono vaccinato, ho trovato davvero assurdo che in un posto dove si prestano cure mediche, per altro esentata come bene di prima necessità dall’esibizione del pass sia dal cliente che accompagnatore, venga fatta una richiesta del genere. La segretaria, per carità gentile, riferisce essere disposizione del direttore sanitario, presumo medico, che avrà giurato con scienza e coscienza di praticare la sua professione con l’osservanza dei principi etici propri della medicina, mi sono chiesto che sarebbe successo in caso ne fossi stato sprovvisto. Un direttore sanitario che si avvale in piena autonomia senza nessun regolamento legislativo o altro di richiedere il green pass sta soltanto discriminando anche chi, ricordiamolo, per motivi di salute non ne è provvisto. Aldilà dei rischi legali (anche penali) che hanno corso, io mi sono limitato a riprendere e basta, credo che un responsabile che prende tali decisioni abbia tutto nella testa tranne la salute degli animali. Ho mandato una mail a cui non hanno risposto, e sinceramente non so se è stata abbastanza chiara, ma avrò modo di verificare se continuano con tale pratica discriminatoria che danneggia soprattutto la salute dei nostri piccoli animali.
