β β β β β I loved this restaurant. The experience was great, even over the level that you expect. The chef come out to say hello and tell more about his background. It's a must!

β β β β β Hard to reach when you come from the center! But once you find it you are rewarded.
The food was great, I especially enjoyed the pasta a la pizzaiola and the buffala cheesecake. The fried mullet served as appetizer would deserve a dish!
The sommelier was excellent and paired the wine with perfection, thank you for that.
It is obviously more expensive than most places in the rest of Napoli, but definitely not the same class obviously.
Overall I really liked it and had a nice dinner. It did not have the wahoo effect all along, but it was worth it.

β β β β β The food was absolutely delicious, all the main meals were timely and wonderfully presented with a wide range of flavours. Tried a lot of dishes I havenβt tried before and some new favourites, which I do love about tasting menus!
Absolutely amazing value in terms of price for a Michelin star restaurant. Total cost of the meal including water is about Β£125 GBP for two of us.
Only floor in it is that they seemed to drop the ball soon as it hit dessert time in terms of what they served and time wise.

β β β β β We choose this place for the modern and innovative cuisine (per Michelin guide) and everything was okay. I enjoyed some dishes, but most of them were underwhelming. We choose the Chief 10 year anniversary menu along with the Lakes and Volcanos wine pairing (to keep it local) the wine was splendid!
Service was spotted. Mostly untrained, had no knowledge about the dishes they served. For example as they served a fish course and called it something like "limpaga" I asked what fish Isi it - the waiter said 'Dolphin" Did I really just ate a dolphin?? NO! It is actually a Mahi-mahi.
Asked for olive oil with the bread and the waiter was clueless. I understand I spoke English to them, but Italy is the birthplace of Olive Oil, I would think they would be accustomed to the English translation.

β β β β β Overall, an ok place. It didn't give me the feeling of a starred restaurant. The location and the Interior design was not as nice as other Michelin-star venues. Service is ok but not impeccable. More over, they served me caviar as part of a vegetarian dish...! The Dessert and the main course were tasty.

β β β β β Veritas has been an amazing experience with not just good food and wine pairing but also very friendly and attentive staff. The degustation menu is more than recommendable and came with several smaller dishes that were not part of the menu but were prepared for us by the chef. The dishes and especially the fish was super fresh and very well paired. Specifically also with the wine, which in my opinion was the highlight of the menu. The βvolcano and lakesβ pairing was really extraordinary with several wines from the central region of Italy that made for an overall great experience. My personal favorite was the 2006 Lacryma Christi Gelso Nero.
Outstanding dining experience!

β β β β β Dined at the temporary location in the grand hotel Parker. The view and atmosphere is beautiful during sunset.
The squid roll involved some fantastic creative thinking: carrots and cabbage were neatly and compactly stuffed into a hollow squid to produce a spring roll like creation. I loved the dish because the textures were so interesting.
The linguini and shrimp scampi was one of the tastiest pastas Iβve ever had. I attribute it largely to the sauce: it packed the essence of the tastiest tomatoes from the region while adding a welcomed light creaminess. Only complaint was it was a little cold.
The lemon and meringue were fantastic in the basil lemon meringue tart, but the basil was really weird. It came as a cream at the bottom of the tart and was particularly bitter and/or salty at parts, and those parts were rather unpleasant in taste despite the lemon and meringue.

β β β β β My family and I had the tasting menu and it was fantastic. All the courses were paced evenly, allowing us time to enjoy each course. The services were great without being over the top.
