β β β β β An absolutely delightful premier dining experience that puts this restaurant, in my opinion, at the forefront of contemporary Neopolitan cuisine. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. An extensive wine list, locally sourced produce and an incredibly imaginative menu will appeal to the discerning diner. If you want to go home feeling that youβve been entertained by a variety of taste sensations then this is the place to visit.

β β β β β A very good experience at the George. Although a few things could be improved on (such as grabbing coats on arrival instead of letting guests hang them from the back of their chair), the dinner was lovely. The view is absolutely stunning and the food ranges from nice (the fish main course) to delicious (the chocolate dessert) to absolutely wonderful (the tomato pasta). Special mention to the wine list, which features accessible options.

β β β β β Some plates really hit like a 3 michelin star, or really missed and felt flat. Service was quite disappointing for a michelin resto - no enthusiasm, and no adjustment for small accomodations (like moving inside because my girlfriend was cold - which couldnt be done despite inside being completely empty). Lots of extra plates above the set menu which was good...

I've tried 2nd stage testing menu - great fish amberjack.
Risotto and spaghetti - so, so.
Veal thyme - fantastic.
Banana dessert - delicious.
Presents from the chef - fantastic.
Good choice of wines.
