His expertise, his attention to detail, his infectious energy, as well as his serenity, are some of the ingredients that you will find in his courses and in his workshops. Sono soddisfatta della mia scelta, perché dopo problemi di tendinite al braccio dovuta alle molte ore di lavoro al pc e ad un’infiammazione del nervo sciatico, ho imparato ad avere consapevolezza dell’origine del malessere e ho appreso tanti esercizi e tecniche, da eseguire anche da sola a casa, per migliorare l’equilibrio, la flessibilità e il rilassamento di muscoli e nervi troppo contratti. Veronika è un’insegnante fantastica. Mi piace molto praticare in gruppo perché Veronika è giovane, paziente, molto attenta, competente, professionale, divertente e prepara sequenze di yoga molto varie e complete…non ci si annoia mai e si pratica sempre con il sorriso. Ormai da quando conosco Veronika non ho mai perso un giorno di corsa, anzi, dopo i workshops “salva la schiena e libera le gambe” e quello “salva le spalle e libera il collo” sono riuscita ad affrontare con concentrazione, resistenza e coordinamento, ma soprattutto con il SORRISO, le mezze maratone. For about 5 months I have been practicing dynamic postural yoga with Veronika. I am satisfied with my choice, because after arm tendonitis problems due to many hours of work on the PC and an inflammation of the sciatic nerve, I learned to be aware of the origin of the malaise and I learned many exercises and techniques to be performed even alone at home, to improve the balance, flexibility and relaxation of too tight muscles and nerves. Veronika is a fantastic teacher. I really like to practice in a group because Veronika is young, patient, very attentive, competent, professional, fun and she prepares very varied and complete yoga sequences ... you never get bored and you always practice with a smile. Since when I know Veronika I have never lost a day of running, indeed, after the workshops "save your back and free your legs" and the "save your shoulders and free your neck" I managed to deal with concentration, resistance and coordination, but above all with the SMILE, the half marathons.

Veronika è un'insegnante paziente, comunicativa, molto competente e la lezione è semplicemente volata. La pratica si sussegue a momenti di introspezione, all'acquisizione di competenze specifiche, guidati dall'avvolgente voce di Veronika. Torno a casa con il cuore colmo di gratitudine e spero di poter avere nuovamente l'occasione di tornare alla Verci Yoga di Trieste. This morning I had the opportunity to participate in a workshop in the Yoga Center in Via di Torrebianca in Trieste. Veronika is a patient, communicative, very competent teacher and the lesson has simply flown by. The practice is followed by moments of introspection, the acquisition of specific skills, guided by the enveloping voice of Veronika. I go home with my heart full of gratitude and I hope to have the opportunity again to return to Verci Yoga in Trieste.

Avevo fatto tanti anni fa un anno di yoga e non pensavo più che sarebbe ritornato nella mia vita. Oggi con un'età diversa sono più consapevole di questo ritorno. I discovered Veronika a month ago and a world reopened, yes reopened. I had done a year of yoga many years ago and I no longer thought it would return to my life. But there is much more - she puts her whole heart to the class and to the people attending it. She has individual approach to everybody and she knows even better than yourself what your body is able to do that day. I wish we had more instructors like her :)
