Istruttrici molto competenti: ogni esercizio viene spiegato nella sua esecuzione in modo ben comprensibile, nelle attenzioni ai dettagli a cui attenersi ed a quelli da evitare, motivando lo scopo dei primi e le controindicazioni dei secondi. Il tutto eseguito senza ostentazione, con tanta pazienza ed umanità. Il più bel dono: il sorriso. L'ora di lezione vola via veloce e quando lasci hai proprio il desiderio di ritornarci presto.
 A place that makes you feel at home. Very competent instructors: each exercise is explained in its execution in a clearly understandable way, in the attention to details to be followed and those to be avoided, motivating the purpose of the former and the contraindications of the latter. All done without ostentation, with lots of patience and humanity. The most beautiful gift: the smile. Class time flies away quickly and when you leave you have the desire to come back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Metamorfosys dispone di 2 appartamenti, adibiti a sale ginnastica site in Via MIlano e Via San Francesco. Gli operatori, oltre ad essere molto preparati, offrono un livello di disponibilità e gentilezza, fuori dal comune. L'atmosfera che si respirare è conviviale, ma allo stesso tempo tecnica, ed i corsi - circa 60 - sono più unici che rari nel panorama cittadino.I prezzi sono ottimi, in rapporto alla qualità delle strutture e dei corsi offerti. La direttrice tecnica, è persona estremamente qualificata.
The Metamorfosys has 2 apartments, used as gymnastic rooms located in Via MIlano and Via San Francesco. The operators, besides being very prepared, offer a level of availability and kindness, out of the ordinary. The atmosphere you breathe is convivial, but at the same time technical, and the courses - about 60 - are more unique than rare in the city landscape. The prices are excellent, in relation to the quality of the facilities and courses offered. The technical director is an extremely qualified person.
