★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HEMA, arti marziali storiche europee, scherma storica, spada lunga, striscia, sciabola - ci sono tanti nomi e tante sfumature per le attività che la 7C svolge durante l'inverno in palestra. Sono decine gli appassionati di ogni età che hanno sudato al nostro fianco brandendo un'arma e studiando le tecniche che i maestri dell'arte, secoli fa, hanno descritto e illustrato.
Soprattutto, sono anni che ci divertiamo assieme. Tutti sono i benvenuti, dai principianti agli artisti marziali navigati, indipendentemente da sesso, età (almeno, al di sopra dei 14!) e background. Ricordatevi solo di non mettere troppi limiti alle vostre capacità. Ci diverte insegnarvi a superarli! :D
HEMA, European historical martial arts, historical fencing, long sword, stripe, saber - there are many names and many shades for the activities that 7C carries out during the winter in the gym. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono ormai al quarto anno d'iscrizione e posso affermare che alla Septem Custodie c'è la possibilità di studiare approfonditamente la scherma storica e allenarsi seriamente sotto la guida di istruttori preparati, dotati di una considerevole esperienza nel campo e di una grande passione per l'arte marziale e tutto ciò che la circonda.
Alla parte schermistica, che rappresenta il grosso delle nostre attività, si aggiunge eventualmente l'aspetto rievocativo che ben si integra con lo studio delle fonti.
