Gli attrezzi e i macchinari più importanti sono presenti, però una pecca è il fatto che sono pochi, cioè se una persona sta facendo gli squat, una li fa e basta. Comunque palestra molto costosa per quello che offre, anche se hanno attrezzi e macchinari molto aggiornati Well-kept and well-structured gym. Sono diversi mesi che mi faccio seguire da lui per quanto riguarda la pianificazione degli allenamenti. Nonostante siano anni che mi alleno con passione, la sua collaborazione ha cambiato radicalmente il mio corpo. Questi miglioramenti sono frutto di esperienza e competenza che lo caratterizzano (nonostante la sua giovane età). Inoltre vorrei precisare che nonostante in questi mesi ho avuto diversi periodi di STOP dalla palestra per problemi di salute, lui non mi ha mai abbandonato! sempre pronto a ripartire aggiornando la scheda in base alla mia condizione psicofisica. L’ambiente é pulitissimo e tranquillo, e non da meno aggiungerei che c’è anche della bella musica, essenziale per me quando mi dimentico le cuffiette?. Ogni volta vengo accolta con allergia ed è un piacere allenarmi in questa palestra. Finisco sempre il mio allenamento gratificata e con il sorriso, sia perché riesco ad allenarmi bene, sia perché sono circondata da belle persone, educate e sopratutto competenti, sempre pronte a seguirmi nell’esecuzione degli esercizi e a correggermi se notano qualche movimento sbagliato. In particolare Marco Mussano, un componente dello staff, mi sta seguendo dal punto di vista della scheda degli allenamenti, e da quando mi segue sto notando notevoli miglioramenti sul mio fisico. È molto gentile e preparato, ha premura di sapere come sta andando l’allenamento e se si avesse bisogno di qualcosa è sempre disponibile. Grazie a lui mi rendo conto che mi sto impegnando molto di più rispetto a prima, e questa cosa mi fa sentire meglio, sia dal punto di vista fisico sia da quello psicologico. Consiglio caldamente a tutti di venire almeno a provare questa palestra e spero vi possiate trovare bene come mi ci trovo io! Un saluto al proprietario, a Marco e a Caterina che è sempre con il sorriso e piena di felicità. I tried three gyms and have been a regular at the Aquarium since 2018 and I have a great time. The environment is very clean and quiet, and not least I would add that there is also some beautiful music, essential for me when I forget my headphones?. Every time I am greeted with allergies and it is a pleasure to train in this gym. I always finish my training gratified and with a smile, both because I am able to train well, and because I am surrounded by nice people, educated and above all competent, always ready to follow me in the execution of the exercises and to correct me if they notice any wrong movements. In particular, Marco Mussano, a member of the staff, is following me from the point of view of the training schedule, and since he has been following me I am noticing significant improvements in my body. He is very kind and prepared, he takes care to know how training is going and if you need something he is always available. Thanks to him I realize that I am trying much harder than before, and this makes me feel better, both physically and psychologically. I highly recommend everyone to at least come and try this gym and I hope you find yourselves as good as I am! Mancano i phon negli spogliatoi degli uomini (causa COVID), ma ce lo si può portare da casa Very nice gym, hardly ever crowded, trained and helpful staff. Excellent changing rooms with comfortable showers. There are no hairdryers in the men's locker rooms (due to COVID), but you can bring it from home
