I have been going to them for about 20 years and with cars not just Ford and I have always had excellent service for quality, professionalism and competence, courtesy and availability. Really an excellent workshop with very very fair and low prices. I also recommend to "non-Ford".

Ho da un paio di giorni acquistato una Fiesta serie 7 Plus, nella concessionaria di Tavagnacco (per ovvi motivi di opportunità) ma purtroppo si è bruciata quasi immediatamente una lampadina. Ho telefonato subito all'apertura e nonnostante avessero altre autovetture in lavorazione mi hanno servito subito e con gentilezza. Per fortuna la lampadina non era bruciata ma semplicemente allentata dalla sua posizione. Molto disponibili, ho scelto questa officina come mio partner ford. Non so quantificare il rapporto servizio-prezzo in quanto sono in garanzia ma penso onesto ed in linea con le officine più abbordabili. 5 stelle al primo impatto le meritano, poi vedremo.
I am a loyal autoFordista but I had never used this workshop. I have purchased a Fiesta 7 Plus series in the Tavagnacco dealership for a couple of days (for obvious reasons of opportunity) but unfortunately a light bulb burned out almost immediately. I immediately phoned the opening and despite having other cars in the works they served me immediately and with kindness. Fortunately, the light bulb was not burnt out but simply loosened from its position. Very helpful, I chose this workshop as my ford partner. I can't quantify the service-price ratio as they are under warranty but I think honest and in line with the most affordable workshops. They deserve 5 stars at first glance, then we'll see.
