★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando lavorava Giancarlo, era molto professionale e fidato andato in pensione lui, la professionalità e scaduta di molto io ho comperato 5 autovetture , ma sicuramente non ci tornerò piu, autovettura molto più care del prezzo di mercato

Ciascuno di noi ha nel lavoro momenti di affanno. La differenza sta in come li si affronta e come ci si rivolge ai propri clienti (in quanto cliente Alfa Romeo mi ritengo tale).
Ritengo l'intervento fosse dovuto, (la macchina ha un mese di vita), ma la scortesia va ben oltre il dovere contrattuale.
Voto Zero all'Assistenza Alfa di questa officina.
We have been put in the door by our owner due to the full workshop.
Each of us has moments of trouble in our work. The difference lies in how we deal with them and how we address our customers (as an Alfa Romeo customer I consider myself that).
I believe the intervention was due (the car has a month to live), but the rudeness goes well beyond the contractual duty.
Zero rating for Alfa assistance in this workshop.

Available and professional, I needed their services and in 3 days they solved the problem for my Giulia. The costs are high, but I honestly don't know if I would have saved some money elsewhere.

La competenza e la professionalità sono ottime ed io sono molto soddisfatto. Porto le mie due auto da poco meno di un anno e non posso dire nulla, ogni problema è stato risolto, con preventivo prima e poi accettazione. Il Sig.Ballarin, titolare e responsabile è sempre disponibile, soprattutto prova in strada le auto con il cliente prima di dire ciò che potrebbe essere poi passa alla verifica in officina e poi alla riparazione. Non tutti fanno così ve lo assicuro! Logicamente io posso parlare solo della parte officina, la concessionaria ancora non l'ho provata.

I find myself very well in this workshop, which I find very neat and clean.
The competence and professionalism are excellent and I am very satisfied. I've been carrying my two cars for just under a year and I can't say anything, every problem has been solved, with a quote first and then acceptance. Mr. Ballarin, owner and manager is always available, above all he tries the cars with the customer on the road before saying what could then be passed to the inspection in the workshop and then to the repair. Not everyone does so I assure you! Logically I can only talk about the workshop part, the dealership I haven't tried yet.
