โ โ โ โ โ Sono andata perchรฉ l'auto non partiva con l'umiditร . ...mi han fatto andare li due volte non mi hanno risolto il problema, mi hanno fatto lavori inutili e ho pagato la bellezza di 400 euro. Scoraggiata ho chiamato il mio meccanico in pensione ha risolto in mezz'oretta e non mi ha fatto pagare nulla.
I went because the car didn't start with the humidity. ... they made me go there twice they didn't solve the problem, they did me useless jobs and I paid 400 euros for the beauty. Discouraged I called my retired mechanic he solved in half an hour and did not charge me anything.

โ โ โ โ โ Ho chiesto di farmi cambiare un pezzo di plastica che porta su e giรน il finestrino automatico della mia auto portando io personalmente il pezzo nuovo. Mi hanno fatto un preventivo di 50-70 euro per la sostituzione. Poche ore dopo la segretaria mi ha chiamato dicendomi che c'era un un altro problema nel meccanismo di funzionamento nella portiera dell' auto da sostituire, ed io essendomi presentato con il motorino ed il meccanismo annesso del finestrino giร smontato dalla portiera, ho pensato che si trattasse di un altro problema ulteriore a me sfuggito in precedenza, cosi ho acconsentito all' ordine ed alla sostituzione di questo ulteriore meccanismo.
In realtร si trattava di un pezzo di plastica posto sul sullo stesso meccanismo del motorino facilmente sostituibile. Alla fine oltre ai 64, 05 euro mi hanno chiesto 101, 26 euro per cambiare l' intero meccanismo compreso di un nuovo motorino, quando quello vecchio funzionava alla perfezione. In piรน secondo la politica dell' officina "non si sostituiscono pezzi di ricambio portati dai clienti" quindi da subito l' officina non avrebbe dovuto accettare la mia richiesta di sostituzione visto che ero stato io a portare inizialmente i pezzi da sostituire. Poche volte ho incontrato persone cosi poco trasparenti e maleducate.
I asked to have a piece of plastic changed that brings the automatic window of my car up and down, personally bringing the new piece. They made me a 50-70 euro quote for the replacement. A few hours later the secretary called me saying that there was another problem in the functioning mechanism in the door of the car to be replaced, and having presented myself with the motor and the attached mechanism of the window already dismantled from the door, I thought that it was another additional problem that I previously missed, so I agreed to order and replace this further mechanism.
In reality it was a piece of plastic placed on the same mechanism of the easily replaceable motor. In the end, in addition to the 64.05 euros, they asked me for 101.26 euros to change the whole mechanism including a new moped, when the old one worked perfectly. In addition, according to the workshop policy "spare parts brought by customers are not replaced" so immediately the workshop should not have accepted my request for replacement since it was I who initially brought the parts to be replaced. Few times I have met people so untransparent and rude.
