A due passi da Piazza Unità, il personale è cordiale e sempre a disposizione, la palestra non è mai sovraffollata e si riesce a fare gli esercizi in pace e tranquillità, quello che mi ci vuole quando finisco di lavorare. Consigliatissimo

A stone's throw from Piazza Unità, the staff is friendly and always available, the gym is never overcrowded and you can do the exercises in peace and quiet, what I need when I finish working. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cominciato a frequentare la palestra inizialmente per comodità in quanto è vicinissima al luogo in cui lavoro e ho visto fin da subito la differenza rispetto alle altre palestre tradizionali. La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la diligenza con cui vengono puliti e disinfettati gli ambienti poi è un ambiente bello, allegro e rilassante che non guasta. Anche ben attrezzato
I started going to the gym initially for convenience as it is very close to the place where I work and I immediately saw the difference compared to other traditional gyms. The first thing that struck me was the diligence with which the rooms are cleaned and disinfected, then it is a beautiful, cheerful and relaxing environment that does not hurt. Also well equipped

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una bellissima palestra in pieno centro, facilmente raggiungibile, a due passi da Piazza Unità. Luminosa, pulitissima, perfettamente attrezzata con macchine della Technogym e pesi liberi, mai troppo affollata. L’ambiente è estremamente sereno, stimolante, amichevole e familiare. È un posto in cui ci si può allenare duro (comunque in base alle proprie esigenze/capacità/ possibilità), ma dove nascono anche belle e sincere amicizie. Si può optare per un percorso di allenamento autonomo oppure affidarsi ai personal trainer, preparatissimi e sempre disponibili. Più che una palestra, per me è una seconda casa.
A beautiful gym in the center, easily accessible, a stone's throw from Piazza Unità. Bright, very clean, perfectly equipped with Technogym machines and free weights, never too crowded. The environment is extremely peaceful, stimulating, friendly and familiar. It is a place where you can train hard (however according to your needs / abilities / possibilities), but where beautiful and sincere friendships are also born. You can opt for an independent training course or rely on personal trainers, highly trained and always available. More than a gym, it's a second home for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra e' estremamente ben posizionata, le attrezzature disposte in modo ottimale nelle stanze, tenute molto bene ed in totale sicurezza. I trainers sono molto professionali ed attenti a ciascun cliente, oltre a costruire un ambiente molto amichevole e simatico, dove e' piacevolissimo passare il tempo. Diversi tipi di abbonamento e programmi sono disponibili. Personalmente, ci vado da circa 15 anni, e continuero' indefinitamente.
The gym is extremely well positioned, the equipment optimally arranged in the rooms, kept very well and in total safety. The trainers are very professional and attentive to each client, as well as building a very friendly and simatic environment, where it is very pleasant to spend time. Several types of membership and programs are available. Personally, I've been going there for about 15 years, and will continue indefinitely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato a frequentare questa palestra da circa un mese è da subito sono stata colpita dalla dall'ambiente raffinato. ottima pulizia sia in sala pesi che negli spogliatoi e nei bagni. Per non parlare poi dei titolari e degli ottimi personal trainer. Tutti molto professionali. Palestra assolutamente consigliata per ogni esigenza.
I started going to this gym for about a month and I was immediately struck by the refined environment. excellent cleaning both in the weight room and in the changing rooms and bathrooms. Not to mention the owners and excellent personal trainers. All very professional. Gym absolutely recommended for every need.
