La pratica con lui è stata dinamica e completa. Durante le lezioni si possono apprezzare asana, kria, canti, mantra, meditazione e tante altre "cose" che integrano con armonia la lezione.
L'attenzione alla persona in entrambi gli aspetti fisici e psicologici è molto importante e Raffaele, a mio parere, è molto bravo in questo.
È veramente molto bello partecipare ad una sua lezione.

I started practicing yoga with Raffaele a long time ago. He is a patient and attentive Master.
The practice with him was dynamic and complete. During the lessons you can appreciate asanas, kria, chants, mantras, meditation and many other "things" that harmoniously integrate the lesson.
Attention to the person in both physical and psychological aspects is very important and Raffaele, in my opinion, is very good at this.
It is really very nice to participate in one of his lessons.
