★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked onto two tours; the Northern and Southern Venice tours; on different days. The North was guided by Anna and South was Frederick. Both of them were excellent guides. The pace of both tours was perfect and the guides knowledge was apparent throughout. Highly recommended as a way to see the hidden gems of Venice and learn about the history. They also give good pointers of places to eat and drink.

Maria Laura is a perfect guide, explaining things in a very interesting and engaging way with great passion. Thank you and definitely will return. She answered most of the questions we had without having to ask them :)
Really the perfect way to kick off your holidays in Venice to get to know it better.

Alice is a lovely guide. She told us a lot about history, buildings, traditions and people in that area.
Unfortunately time was flying and next time I want to see more of Venice with Alice or her colleagues. All the best for the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very informative tour of the north of Venice. The guide, Maria Laura, gave us very useful information about Venice and 2 northern districts. I had done the tour of the south of Venice before and I was very glad to get new and different information. I highly recommend doing both the north and south tour of Venice because they give different and interesting information. Our guide took us to places which only locals know and gave us very pertinent tips on how to make the most of our stay in Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience from a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Venice is just amazing to walk around, but fun to have a guide lead you around and point out certain architecture and the history behind it. Would recommend for anyone looking to explore the city with additional insight. It is free, but tipping is considered appropriate at the end. Tip what you think it’s worth. My thought is this would easily cost €15-20 per person if it was a charged admission. Would definitely do it, or a different version of it, again.
FYI- book ahead! We booked through GuruWalks. Possible you will be turned away without having a booking
