★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy recomendable para hospedarse dos personas. Muy bien equipado. Cerca de la plaza San Marco y situado en un barrio tranquilo. Hay varios lugares para comer alrededor, no muy caros, además.
Vale la pena llegar unos minutos antes de ir a dormir y disfrutar de su pequeña terraza.
Highly recommended to stay two people. Very well equipped Close to San Marco square and located in a quiet neighborhood. There are several places to eat around, not very expensive, in addition.
It is worth arriving a few minutes before going to sleep and enjoy your small terrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très biens situé. Proche de tout. Proche de la place San Marco. Proche d'une rue très active. Proche petit supermarché. Appartement très agréable. Propre. Seul inconveignant il faut pas avoir de problème de mobilité car au troisième sans ascenseur. Par contre magnifique terrasse avec une vu manoramique sur la baie et une partie de Venise.
Very well located. Close to everything. Near San Marco Square. Close to a very active street. Near small supermarket. Very nice apartment. Clean. Only inconveignant must not have mobility problem because the third without elevator. By cons magnificent terrace with a manoramic view of the bay and part of Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un apartamento ideal para una estancia en Venecia con tu pareja, en un barrio tranquilo, apartado de las zonas más "turistizadas", aunque a solo 15 minutos de la plaza de San Marcos. Es pequeño pero tiene de todo, incluido wifi y un maravilloso aparato de aire acondicionado, imprescindible para soportar el sofocante calor del verano veneciano. Tiene el encanto irresistible de un piso veneciano antiguo y humilde, pero además está decorado con muy buen gusto, combinando con estilo muebles modernos y sencillos con detalles más originales. Lo mejor de todo es su terraza, con unas vistas inolvidables sobre San Giorgio Maggiore y los tejados de Venecia, ideal para cenas románticas. Además nos atendieron de forma inmejorable.
An ideal apartment for a stay in Venice with your partner, in a quiet neighborhood, away from the most "touristized" areas, although only 15 minutes from St. Mark's Square. It is small but has everything, including wifi and a wonderful air conditioning, essential to withstand the sweltering heat of the Venetian summer. It has the irresistible charm of an ancient and humble Venetian floor, but it is also decorated with very good taste, combining stylish modern and simple furniture with more original details. The best of all is its terrace, with unforgettable views over San Giorgio Maggiore and the rooftops of Venice, ideal for romantic dinners. They also treated us in an unbeatable way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dachterrasse ist das größte Plus dieser Location. Da es sehr niedrige Deckenbalken in der Küche bzw Eingang gibt, ist es perfekt für Leute unter 175cm.
Der Aufgang zu der Dachterrasse mit der sensationellen Aussicht ist sportlich.
Ansonsten alles ordentlich, sauber und gut organisiert.
The roof terrace is the biggest plus of this location. As there are very low ceiling beams in the kitchen/entrance, it is perfect for people under 175cm tall.
The ascent to the roof terrace with the sensational view is sporty.
Otherwise everything neat, clean and well organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked and paid for this apartment over 2 years ago. I kept in touch via the booking engine and they even called me to offer me new dates (due to Covid). However I arrived with my daughter to find they had given the apartment to someone else. So we were sat by the water with no accommodation. When I rang it was obvious they were hoping we wouldn’t turn up even though I’d messaged with an arrival time. As of 4 weeks later they still haven’t returned my money, once again I’ve ,messaged and texted. Please be aware if you booked and paid when the apartment was on booking.com that you may end up without accommodation.
So all in, no I wouldn’t recommend.
