★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραίο σπίτι σε γειτονιά αυθεντική της Βενετίας. Ήρεμη και καλή περιοχή. Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ εξυπηρετική. Το σπίτι καθαρο. Πίσω από το σπίτι υπάρχη πλατεία με καταστήματα για φαγητό. Η στάση για τα βαπορετα είναι πολύ κοντα

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e Mia moglie abbiamo passato una settimana in questo splendido appartamento veneziano, situato in zona castello, moderno, pulito e silenzioso vicino ai giardini della biennale e cosa molto importante anche a quattro passi da un supermercato!
Senza contare che la proprietaria è gentilissima è disponibile! Assolutamente consigliato!!
My wife and I spent a week in this splendid Venetian apartment, located in the castle area, modern, clean and quiet near the gardens of the Biennale and very importantly, also within walking distance of a supermarket!
Not to mention that the owner is very kind and available! Absolutely recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento comodo e tenuto benissimo! Siamo stati tre giorni e lo abbiamo trovato perfetto! Vicino a tutti i servizi, supermercato, poste, banca, ristoranti e bar. Ad un passo dalla fermata del traghetto, ma è possibile anche raggiungere piazza San Marco, poco distante, a piedi godendosi la laguna. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili! Suggestivo, in quanto si affaccia su un canale, e si gode appena usciti, immediatamente del fascino della città. Torneremo sicuramente qui per la prossima vacanza, stra consigliato!!!
Inoltre bagno con una spaziosa doccia, due camere da letto grandi e distanti tra loro, per avere privacy anche se si è in 4 persone, 2 corti interne per prendere una boccata d'aria senza dover uscire, materasso comodo e cucina e salotto funzionali completi di ogni comfort.
Non ho foto dell'appartamento perchè è identico alle foto messe dall'host.
Consiglio vivamente a chi sta cercando un posto per vivere al meglio la città.
Comfortable and well kept apartment! We stayed three days and found it perfect! Close to all services, supermarket, post office, bank, restaurants and bars. One step away from the ferry stop, but it is also possible to reach Piazza San Marco, not far away, on foot enjoying the lagoon. Very kind and helpful owners! Suggestive, as it overlooks a canal, and you can immediately enjoy the charm of the city as soon as you leave. We will definitely come back here for the next vacation, highly recommended !!!
In addition, bathroom with a spacious shower, two large and distant bedrooms, to have privacy even if you are 4 people, 2 internal courtyards to take a breath of air without having to go out, comfortable mattress and complete functional kitchen and living room of every comfort.
I have no photos of the apartment because it is identical to the photos posted by the host.
I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to experience the city to the fullest.
