★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrá poloha za super cenu, máte to do centra Benátok naozaj veľmi blízko. Vybavenie bolo trochu staršie ale inak v dobrom stave. Ak by som sa vrátil do Benátok znovu tak by som si volil toto ubytovanie zas.
 Good location at a great price, you have it to the center of Venice really very close. The equipment was a bit older but otherwise in good condition. If I came back to Venice again I would choose this accommodation again.

The apartment is clean, quiet and within walking distance of the ferries. Nearby you can find restaurants with typical cuisine and a very well stocked supermarket.

Nelle vicinanze ci sono una serie di ottimi ristoranti e punti di aggregazione che non turbano la quiete del luogo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Appartment in einer der schönsten Lagen von Venedig! Perfekt für einen Trip zur Biennale. Die Giardini sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und auch die belebte Via Garibaldi mit ihren kleinen Restaurants und Bars ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt, sauber und vor allem in der Nacht wunderbar ruhig. Eine tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeit vom Touristentrubel in Venedig. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch die Anreise verlief reibungslos, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch bei Fragen war immer jemand erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder!
Great apartment in one of the most beautiful locations of Venice! Perfect for a trip to the Biennale. The Giardini are just a stone's throw away and the lively Via Garibaldi with its small restaurants and bars is within walking distance in a few minutes. The accommodation was very well maintained, clean and especially at night wonderfully quiet. A great retreat from the tourist bustle in Venice. The communication in advance and the arrival was smooth, we were received very nice and even with questions was always available. We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato un week end a Venezia scegliendo questo appartamento perché è delizioso avvolto nella tranquillità, nel verde dei bellissimi giardini. È situato in un punto strategico a tutte le comodità, vicino al vaporetto, a via Garibaldi, al Lido e si può raggiungere facilmente S. Marco con una bella passeggiata.
I stayed a weekend in Venice choosing this apartment because it is delightful wrapped in the tranquility, in the green of the beautiful gardens. It is located in a strategic point for all conveniences, near the vaporetto, in Via Garibaldi, at the Lido and you can easily reach S. Marco with a nice walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa bellissima, pulita e molto confortevole, vicina a San marco e in una zona confortevole, bella e molto tranquilla con tutti i servizi a portata di mano (supermercato, farmacia, bar, panificio...). La fermata del vaporetto è molto vicina e comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione. Ottima per chi vuole soggiornare a Venezia in tutta comodità e tranquillità!
Beautiful, clean and very comfortable house, close to San Marco and in a comfortable, beautiful and very quiet area with all services at hand (supermarket, pharmacy, bar, bakery ...). The vaporetto stop is very close and convenient to reach any destination. Excellent for those who want to stay in Venice in comfort and tranquility!
