S	Steven Frere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience ! I bought tickets for me and my family 2 weeks in advance, including local transportation and entry to museums like the doge palace. I had the tickets printed out with me when I arrived in Venice. I went to the local ticket machines to get the transportation tickets, but the machine refused and gave a message in italian (while I had selected english). Then went to the ticket office where I was directed in a very unpolite way to another machine. There I had the same issue, went back to the ticket office and was refused any service as the machine would always be working ... went back to the machine, took a picture of the error and went back, still no service in an inpolite way. Luckily another lady had arrived that directed me to yet another office where we finally got the transportation tickets we needed. Then at the entry of the doge palace, the barcode was refused. (Afer a long wait in the priority lane, supposedly to jump the queue) again after some discussion with an unfriendly lady, we managed to get entry tickets. We askes if these would be working in the other museums, short response was yes. When entering the museum on the other side of san marco, we had to have the discussion again to be able to get inside, as the tickets were not working. With the children tickets, there was a day of public wifi included. When trying to enter the codes, it sporadically worked, and you had to re-enter the code after 2h ... The only advantage is that you get a discount, however, friendly service is not included !
A	Astha Dubey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you're going to Venice and if you're thinking about booking the day pass in advance online you might want to think that again because I booked the pass online and to have it in physical form I have to use a machine that wasn't working. In the end I had to go and ask the agent at the counter to give me a physical ticket. price of the ticket for the frequency and the number of boats available is quite good. you can travel long distances in the same ticket to all the islands so it's it's a pretty good deal.
