competent, fast, they showed us a convenient route but they are a bit expensive, we used this emergency agency if we could have avoided it would have been better, we would have saved a lot.

This place is a scam. We exchanged money upon arriving in Venice here. The exchange rate was low and they charge 19% fee!!! We exchanged 140 swiss francs and received only 80 euro. DO NOT GO HERE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a ticket from Santa Lucia, the Central Station to Murano burano. The guy from whom I bought the ticket told me to wait infront of a Ticket Office which was barely visible.They behave rudely cant speak proper english. Lack communication skills

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged 19.9% fee!! Means you will only get $80 per $100 on top of that they have a horrible exchange rate. Beware of this vendor as they try to tell you everyone will charge the same exact fee. Airport barely charge anything and other vendor even near the st mark square charges only 10%.
