Per la realizzazione della mia cucina sono stata seguita in particolare dall’architetto Rossana Magno che ha capito al volo il mio gusto minimal e ha saputo guidarmi con la sua esperienza e con tanta pazienza nella scelta di ogni dettaglio. Mi sono trovata così bene, che in un secondo momento ho deciso di affidare a loro anche il progetto del living, in armonia con la cucina. Ogni volta che guardo la mia cucina e il living me ne innamoro sempre di più! PS: Vorrei esprimere una nota di merito anche ai montatori Luca e Stefano che sono stati molto precisi. From the first moment I crossed the threshold of the Veneta Cucine shop in Bergamo, I felt a lot of professionalism and kindness from the whole team. For the realization of my kitchen I was followed in particular by the architect Rossana Magno who immediately understood my minimal taste and was able to guide me with her experience and with a lot of patience in choosing every detail. I found myself so well, that at a later time I decided to entrust them with the project of the living room, in harmony with the kitchen. Feedback super positivo anche per trasporto e montaggio i ragazzi sono stati precisi e puntuali. Nonostante la mia idea iniziale fosse differente, mi ha stupita con un suo progetto che mi ha fatto innamorare. Purtroppo nel corso del tempo abbiamo dovuto modificare leggermente il progetto a causa di alcune misurazioni sbagliate, ma Vanessa molto professionalmente ha chiesto prontamente un nuovo rilievo del geometra per assicurarsi di avere il progetto preciso. In seguito alle verifiche mi ha subito aiutato con le modifiche studiando al meglio ogni dettaglio e offrendomi anche diverse soluzioni disponibili. Vedere il progetto realizzato è davvero un sogno, la cucina è ancora più bella di come me l’aspettavo! Siamo stati seguiti da Elisa, che con la sua grande professionalità, pazienza e gusto ci ha seguiti nel nostro acquisto,nonostante l'avessimo tirata matta e cambiato decisioni più volte. Ci ha fornito più progetti, con molte alternative e proposte personali davvero interessanti. Purtroppo in seguito ad un aumento di spese riguardo la ristrutturazione di casa abbiamo dovuto diminuire drasticamente il budget e comprare una cucina da esposizione. Elisa sempre con il sorriso, ha abbandonato i progetti e ristudiato su misura la cucina da esposizione che avevamo scelto sulla base dei nostri spazi. Il risultato è che la cucina che abbiamo è ancora più bella di quella che avevamo pensato io e il mio compagno. Siamo molto felici, è bellissima! Devo sottolineare una particolare attenzione sia nel pre, che nel post vendita, da non sottovalutare. Elisa ci ha assistito con cura anche per quanto riguarda l'installazione idraulica, perché l'idraulico aveva delle domande riguardo il rubinetto. Se proprio devo trovare una piccolissima pecca, l'unico numero di telefono disponibile è quello del negozio, non si ha un numero diretto con il proprio venditore. Ma devo dire che, chiunque risponda per fornire assistenza, è molto disponibile e cerca sempre di passare il proprio consulente, se presente in negozio.
