Abbiamo prontamente segnalato la cosa e nonostante le varie segnalazioni per 5 mesi non siamo mai stati contattati fino a quando hanno preteso, senza minimamente assicurare tempi sulla riparazione, il saldo della fattura. Il prodotto presenta ancora il difetto. Pessimo servizio clienti! Really bad customer service. After receiving the ordered product with a long delay, we immediately noticed some chips on the surface. We promptly reported the matter and despite the various reports for 5 months we were never contacted until they demanded the balance of the invoice, without in any way ensuring repair times. The product still has the defect. Bad customer service!
