Abbiamo cambiato colore e strutture in paio di volte e ci sono sempre venuti in contro. Sara, Ferruccio e Mariagrazia le 3 persone con cui ho avuto il piacere di parlare, sempre cordiali e disponibili a tutte le ore. Oggi finalmente è stata montata la cucina assieme al soggiorno, per la precisione, da Massimo, super preciso professionale puntuale e chi più ne ha, ne metta, e soprattutto simpaticissimo, lo consiglio vivamente xchè mi ha lasciato la cucina in bolla al millimetro, spazzi tra mensole e livelli degli armadietti perfetti e soprattutto abbiamo riso per 2 giorni oltre che a lavorare ( Massimo ) come un mulo. Che dire, esperienza super positiva da consigliare a tutti. Grazie di tutto. We've changed colors and textures a couple of times and they've always come up against us. Sara, Ferruccio and Mariagrazia were the 3 people I had the pleasure of talking to, always friendly and available at all times. Today finally the kitchen has been assembled together with the living room, to be precise, by Massimo, super precise professional punctual and so on and so forth, and above all very nice, I highly recommend it because he left me the kitchen level to the millimeter, spaces between shelves and perfect cabinet levels and above all we laughed for 2 days as well as working (Massimo) like a mule. What can I say, a super positive experience to recommend to everyone. Thanks for everything.

Ferruccio e Mary ti fanno sentire a casa seguendoti in tutti i processi di progettazione, scelta dei materiali e, cercando sempre la soluzione più adatta per sfruttare a pieno ogni centimetro della cucina/soggiorno. Buono il servizio di montaggio anche se bisogna fare un po’ di pressione ai montatori perché il lavoro sia fatto in maniera precisa. I went to this store after finding myself very ill in another furniture store. Ferruccio and Mary make you feel at home by following you in all the design processes, choice of materials and, always looking for the most suitable solution to fully exploit every inch of the kitchen / living room. The assembly service is good, even if you have to put some pressure on the assemblers so that the work is done in a precise manner.

Durante l'installazione abbiamo dovuto affrontare alcune problematiche tecniche legate alla scelta del lavello in ceramica (non esattamente in linea con gli standard italiani), ma la soluzione proposta dovrebbe aver definitivamente risolto ogni problema. Consigliato! Design and installation of the Stosa kitchen were followed by Sara and Ferruccio, very competent people, available and attentive to details. During the installation we had to face some technical problems related to the choice of the ceramic sink (not exactly in line with Italian standards), but the proposed solution should have definitively solved every problem. Recommended!

Il progetto e preventivo viene fatto senza nessun costo. I tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati (non semplice credo per una cucina importante e grande come la nostra). Abbiamo avuto modo di interfacciarci anche con i titolari, Ferruccio e Mary, due persone davvero molto disponibili e puntuali nel rispondere alle nostre richieste, dubbi e a risolvere alcuni imprevisti dovuti alla fornitura di un pensile da parte di Stosa. Abbiamo avuto a che fare con 2 gruppi di montatori e con entrambe ci siamo trovati bene, hanno saputo proporre soluzioni ottimali x il montaggio di alcune parti non semplici della cucina. Consiglio vivamente questo store Stosa, anche a chi non è proprio vicinissimo come noi (provincia di Milano) per la professionalità e prontezza. Our Stosa kitchen is a project studied with Sara who was competent and available in meeting our tastes and requests. The project and estimate is done at no cost. Delivery times were respected (not easy I think for an important and large kitchen like ours). We also had the opportunity to interface with the owners, Ferruccio and Mary, two people who are very helpful and punctual in responding to our requests, doubts and resolving some unforeseen events due to the supply of a wall unit by Stosa. We had to deal with 2 groups of fitters and we got along well with both, they were able to propose optimal solutions for the assembly of some not simple parts of the kitchen. I highly recommend this Stosa store, even to those who are not really close like us (province of Milan) for their professionalism and promptness.

Che dire, pur non essendo vicinissimi (noi dalla provincia di Milano), ne è valsa la pena! Sin dalla progettazione attenzione ai minimi particolari e alla personalizzazione, attenzione verso il cliente (e lo dimostra anche il sopralluogo effettuato direttamente da lui al termine del montaggio per verificare i lavori e spiegare le garanzie), rispetto delle tempistiche e continui confronti nel periodo di preparazione. Complimenti anche ai montatori, un servizio preciso e pulito. Sicuramente ci rivedremo in futuro!! We met Ferruccio and his staff through our homeowners. I tempi che ci sono stati indicati sono stati sempre rispettati. Disponibilità nell'assistenza anche successiva al montaggio. La nostra casa ha cambiato decisamente aspetto grazie alla nuova estetica della cucina , contenti anche della buona funzionalità. Il personale che ci ha seguito è sempre stato molto disponibile , comunicazione veloce. Sicuramente un negozio che ci sentiamo di consigliare. Grazie per il servizio offerto!
