Capisco che fosse periodo di sconti ma la clientela va trattata diversamente, altrimenti si cambi mestiere. I find myself having to revise the assessment I had made earlier. The lady was very rude and hasty in serving us. I understand that it was a period of discounts but customers must be treated differently, otherwise they will change jobs.

Ho trovato una gentilissima commessa, che ha avuto premura di spiegarmi i prodotti e consigliarmi quelli più adatti. Ottime le misure anti covid. Prodotti belli e di design, buona disponibilità di vedere prodotti esposti. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews left by other users. Mi è stato detto che non era in nessun modo possibile averne una nuova in quanto Calligaris non dava questo tipo di assistenza. Dopo avere cercato in lungo e in largo una soluzione senza successo, ho deciso di rivolgermi al negozio ufficiale di Calligaris e grazie alla cortesia e gentilezza del personale presente in negozio in pochi giorni mi è stata consegnata gratuitamente una cartelletta nuova. Il prossimo acquisto lo farò sicuramente direttamente nel negozio ufficiale Calligaris. Following the accidental breakage of the custom-made folder containing the extensions of the Calligaris table, I contacted the (multi-brand) retailer where I had made the purchase. I was told that it was in no way possible to have a new one as Calligaris did not give this kind of assistance. After having searched far and wide for a solution without success, I decided to contact the official Calligaris store and thanks to the courtesy and kindness of the staff present in the store, in a few days I was given a new folder for free. The next purchase I will certainly do directly in the Calligaris official store.
