Abbiamo ordinato un tavolo da catalogo circa un mese e mezzo fa, dato un anticipo è pregato che fosse pronto per il mese di novembre, stiamo traslocando e abbiamo dovuto rifare il mobilio da capo non avendone uno nostro. Ci hanno garantito la consegna entro il 20 novembre, ora è slittata al 9 dicembre. Dal 1 dicembre saremo nel nuovo appartamento senza un tavolo sul quale poter pranzare e cenare.
Euro 2500 euro di tavolo da pranzo... Per mangiare a terra per 9 giorni?!? Inqualificabile, oltremodo caro e la mancanza di professionalità e servizio al cliente stanno costando ancora più caro del prodotto stesso. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

We ordered a table from the catalog about a month and a half ago, given an advance, we prayed that it was ready for the month of November, we are moving and we had to redo the furniture from scratch as we didn't have our own. We were guaranteed delivery by November 20th, now it's postponed to December 9th. From 1 December we will be in the new apartment without a table on which to have lunch and dinner.
Euro 2500 for the dining table ... To eat ashore for 9 days?!? Unqualified, overly expensive and the lack of professionalism and customer service are costing even more expensive than the product itself. NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima da riflessi Bergamo, acquistato uno specchio con trasporto e montaggio inclusi, abbiamo dato un acconto per poterlo ordinale , tempi di attesa circa un mese e mezzo e fin qui tutto normale, lo specchio poi arriva in negozio quindi saldo l’intero importo nel frattempo comunico i giorni disponibili per poterlo consegnare e montare a casa e qua inizia il bello continui slittamenti da parte loro dicendomi che sono troppo pieni fino a quando riusciamo a fissare una data ma clamorosamente vengo avvisato la mattina stessa dicendomi che salta la consegna per problemi al furgone ad oggi è passato un’altro mese, scocciato andrò io a ritirarlo di persona sperando non ci siano altri problemi pessima esperienza
Bad experience from Bergamo reflexes, purchased a mirror with transport and assembly included, we gave a deposit to be able to order it, waiting times about a month and a half and so far everything normal, the mirror then arrives in the store so I pay the full amount in the in the meantime I communicate the days available to be able to deliver it and assemble it at home and here the beauty begins, continuous slips on their part, telling me that they are too full until we can set a date but sensationally I am notified the same morning telling me that the delivery is skipped due to problems at the van to date another month has passed, annoyed I'll go and pick it up in person hoping there are no other problems bad experience
