★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2014 ho acquistato una cucina in esposizione presso il loro show-room; il saldo è stato effettuato nel giro di pochi mesi, ma non l'ho potuta ritirare perché la mia casa non era pronta. Il mobilificio ha tenuto i mobili in magazzino fino al gennaio 2017, quando finalmente è stata montata con un top di okite su misura. Indiscussa la qualità del mobile e la disponibilità al deposito. I problemi si presentano dopo pochi mesi quando nel piano lavoro si creano alcune crepe vicino al lavello. Dopo un'iniziale disponibilità a risolvere la cosa il titolare dice che non deve rispondere del danno ma chiama in causa il suo fornitore. Dopo ormai un anno , mail ,telefonate e lettere dell'associazione consumatori ancora non abbiamo avuto riscontro e soluzione. Assistenza post vendita allucinante.Sconsiglio vivamente
 In 2014 I bought a kitchen on display in their showroom; the balance was paid within a few months, but I could not collect it because my house was not ready. The furniture factory kept the furniture in stock until January 2017, when it was finally fitted with a bespoke okite top. The quality of the furniture and the availability of the deposit are undisputed. Problems arise after a few months when some cracks are created in the worktop near the sink. After an initial willingness to resolve the matter, the owner says he does not have to answer for the damage but calls on his supplier. After a year, e-mails, phone calls and letters from the consumer association have not yet received feedback and solutions. Hallucinating after-sales assistance.I strongly discourage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente non i soliti venditori di cucine ansiosi di farti firmare il contratto con la scusa della promozione in scadenza ma veri professionisti capaci di ascoltarti per poi realizzare il tuo progetto unico e originale.
Finally, not the usual kitchen salesmen eager to get you to sign the contract with the excuse of the expiring promotion but real professionals able to listen to you and then realize your unique and original project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza SUPER negativa. Ho ordinato una cassettiera a FEBBRAIO 2019 versando un acconto di € 120,00. Prima la scusa che l'ordine non era stato predisposto dall'Impiegata che si era dimessa e a maggio promessa di conferma ordine. Poi l'annullamento dell'ordine con promessa di rimborso a giugno. Ad oggi non si è visto nulla. Mi ritengo fortunato di aver perso solo € 120,00 che non valgono nemmeno l'intervento di un legale. Se potete scappate... ci sono altri mobilifici estremamente più seri.
SUPER negative experience. I ordered a chest of drawers in FEBRUARY 2019 by paying a deposit of € 120.00. Before the excuse that the order had not been prepared from the employee who had resigned in May and promised confirmation order. Then the cancellation of the order with a promise of repayment in June. To date, nothing has been seen. I feel fortunate to have lost only € 120.00 which does not even apply to a lawyer. If you can run away ... there are other more serious furniture factories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche per me esperienza negativa, dopo aver pagato tutto subito per una cucina, ho ricevuto parte dei mobili dopo mesi di ritardo. È stata portata dopo molti solleciti poco alla volta costringendomi a prendere moltissimi permessi dal lavoro;
senza contate misure sbagliate e mobili ritoccati in malo modo per tamponare. A distanza di molti mesi ancora manca una piccola parte dei mobili pagati ma ci ho rinunciato perchè esausto. Ho rischiato di pagare tutto e non ricevere nulla pertanto mi reputo fortunato
Even for me a negative experience, after paying everything immediately for a kitchen, I received part of the furniture after months of delay. It was brought after many reminders a little at a time, forcing me to take many permits from work;
without counting wrong measurements and furniture touched up badly to stop. Many months later, a small part of the paid furniture is still missing but I gave up because I was exhausted. I risked paying everything and not receiving anything so I consider myself lucky

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esperienza peggiore del mondo non so se peggio Maurizio o Viegilio. Ci hanno messo due anni per consegnarmi ina caleretta e comunque mai completata. Ilsignor Virgilio è venuto in casa mia e mi ha chiesto se poteva usare il bagno, vi è rimasto dentro esattamente 40 minuti continuando a far scorrere l'qcqua della docci(una persona stranissima)....il fratello Maurizio invece ,visto che l'ho ciamato tantoe volte per chiedergli quando mi avrebbe portato i mobili....mi ha risposto che se continuavo a chiamarlo visto che sapeva dove abitavo sarebbe venuto a farci del male (quindi ho anche subito una grave minaccia) tutto questo per farvi capire con chi àbbiamo a che fare
The worst experience in the world I don't know if Maurizio or Viegilio is worse. It took them two years to deliver me in a cove and in any case never completed. Mr Virgilio came to my house and asked me if he could use the bathroom, he stayed in it for exactly 40 minutes, continuing to run the water in the shower (a very strange person) ... 'I called many times to ask him when he would bring me the furniture .... he replied that if I kept calling him since he knew where I lived he would come to hurt us (so I also suffered a serious threat) all this to make you understand who we are dealing with
