Absolutely unsuitable staff, or you buy one of the clothes you try on otherwise from nice they become rude and accuse you of just wasting your time. Although I liked the dresses, NEVER AGAIN!

A parte il fatto che la qualità degli abiti è pessima e non vale i prezzi a cui li vendono, cosa alla quale si potrebbe anche passare sopra, la cosa agghiacciante è la sgradevolezza, la poca disponibilità e ancora più grave la maleducazione del personale all'interno. Ragazze negozio vivamente sconsigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stavo provando il vestito nel camerino, Senza riuscire a capire come metterlo. Una mia amica é entrata per aiutarmi ad allacciarmi la parte di dietro. Improvvisamente entra la commessa, in modo assolutamente inaspettato, e, dopo un po' che provava a chiudermi di dietro, mi accusa di averle fatto perdere tempo, e che "Facevo prima a non provarmi il vestito". MAI PIU!!!!
I was trying on the dress in the dressing room, unable to figure out how to put it on. A friend of mine came in to help me tie my back. Suddenly the saleswoman enters, in an absolutely unexpected way, and, after a while she tries to lock me in the back, accuses me of wasting her time, and that "I did not try on my dress first." NEVER AGAIN!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premettendo che avevo tre acquisti da fare per tre occasioni diverse ed ero intenzionata ad acquistare perché, sebbene non tutti gli abiti fossero di qualità, mi piacevano molto.
Ho cambiato idea nel momento in cui mi sono imbattuta in mancanza di modi ed educazione. Innanzitutto sono stata trattata come una bambina/turista tra uno scusi e un sorry ogni volta che toccavo qualcosa...invitandomi a non toccare. Anche se è impensabile comprare senza toccare, ma solo guardando vestiti ammassati, sono sempre i modi che fanno la differenza. Inoltre stavo messaggiando al telefono e il signore, suppongo il proprietario, ha insinuato avessi fatto una foto all'acquirente che provava un abito. Nel 2022 non credo che non si conosca il diritto alla privacy e all'immagine. Esiste inoltre il buon senso oltre che c'era scritto a caratteri cubitali di non scattare foto. Dopo un po' che non mi dava attenzione perché c'era un'altra cliente sono andata via. Inoltre, grazie a Dio non ho problemi di budget. Acquisto abiti di Elisabetta Franchi che costano il triplo...gli abiti sono belli, ma non essendo firmati mi chiedo come facciano ad avere gli stessi prezzi di un capo discretamente firmato.

Also, thank God I have no budget problems. I buy Elisabetta Franchi dresses that cost three times as much ... the dresses are beautiful, but not being designer I wonder how they manage to have the same prices as a discreetly designer garment.
