Il proprietario è stato davvero molto gentile e alla mano, un tipo allegro e canterino, mi ha fatto molto sorridere. E poi mi ha gentilmente offerto una fetta di mortadella da degustare, era SQUISITA. Ho speso 34€ per 400 grammi di tortellini fatti a mano (messi in una graziosa confezione) e 2 etti di mortadella. Scrivo questa recensione dopo aver gustato entrambi e posso affermare che era tutto buonissimo, il ripieno dei tortellini gustosissimo, e conservano la loro freschezza anche se non consumati nell'immediato o giorno stesso. The owner was very kind and easy going, a cheerful and singing type, he made me smile a lot. And then he kindly offered me a slice of mortadella to taste, it was DELICIOUS. I spent € 34 for 400 grams of handmade tortellini (put in a nice package) and 2 ounces of mortadella. I write this review after having tasted both and I can say that everything was very good, the filling of the tortellini very tasty, and they retain their freshness even if not consumed immediately or the same day. I will definitely be back!

Tortellini provati: veramente buoni ed erano quelli fatti a macchina. La prossima volta spero di trovare quelli fatti a mano. Lo consiglio vivamente. I haven't tasted the tortellini I bought yet, but the owner is a truly exquisite person. Tortellini tried: really good and they were the ones made by machine. Si trovano diverse specialità bolognesi ed emiliane, a partire dai tortellini fatti a mano, tortellini tirati a macchina, tortelli e ravioli ripieni, salumi, formaggi, tigelle. I prezzi sono chiaramente più elevati rispetto a quelli “da supermercato”, del resto la qualità ha il suo prezzo! Nelle foto vedrete anche il risultato dei tortellini tirati a macchina. It was just minutes before closing time, but the man behind the counter warmly welcomed us inside this little but well-stocked salumeria where we bought some mortadella, prosciutto and other delicious antipasti. It makes a wonderful impression that he insisted on taste testing everything before buying it. He tried to offer advise on everything in the shop even though he barely spoke English. The prices are absolutely worth it for his commitment to quality and polite service.
