★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing and full of old charme! It's actually located in the most important ex-varieté theatre in Bologna. The renovators respected the old style so the restaurant evokes the golden era of this artistic space. The food is good and local and there's zero waste policy. The coffee is delicious as well! Highly reccomemded!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh Pasta tipical Bolognese to eat in or to take and cook in home, simple delicious. The "pane della tradizione" ? are also something that is a must try, which means traditional bread.
The credenti e bread with mortadella are delicious, as snaks to nibble served in a pot to go ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A stylish place with amazing tagliatelle bolognese. Definitely the best bolognese pasta, that I’ve had in Bologna and in Italy. The portions are smaller, so if you’re hungry, get at least two dishes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A self-service restaurant with several traditional meals, pasta, lasagne and so on. Quite expensive regarding the quantity of meal. Good place for lunch, no service fee (such popular in Italy).

The menu is great and the order are processed on a touch screen device and a vibrating signal so that it’s a self service.
The food is great and it’s local sourced, the water comes inside a water bottle that you can reuse.
Full menu of fresh pasta + water + fries was 12.5€
Overall this place is very recommended but don’t expect a bang for your bucks!
