Pero' devo dire due cose: 1- zero assistenza, ho chiamato due volte, ho trovato una persona che non voleva dedicarmi nemmeno trenta secondi al telefono per aiurarmi ,mi hanno detto che me la devo sbrigare da sola col corriere perché l' errore è mio. 2- si l' errore è mio, con il telefono a volte succede che non si salvano le informazioni, ma il sistema di acquisto online non dovrebbe permettere la conferma dell' ordine se l' indirizzo non è completo. Invece l ordine viene confermato, la transazione avviene, il pacco parte ma non arriva. Quindi da giorni ho un pacco alimentare fermo a Pesaro, col rischio che debba buttare via tutto perché andato a male, e la merce è già pagata.
