Recatomi per cercare soccorso per una signora che poco prima era caduta rovinosamente a terra (riportando evidenti ferite, gonfiori e lividi sotto l occhio e sul labbro) alla quale io ed un altro passante le abbiamo dato primo soccorso, la dottoressa presente al bancone, nonostante abbia visto lo stato della signora, si è solo preoccupata a venderle la pomata per i gonfiori senza neanche offrirle un fazzoletto per asciugarsi il sangue fuoriuscito dalle ferite, e dopo mia insistenza che servisse qualcosa per cercare di rimediare, allora si è presentata con del ghiaccio sintetico ovviamente anch esso a pagamento. Ritengo tutto ciò sia un comportamento disumano e non professionale, mai più mi recherò in questa farmacia. Totally disgusted and irritated by the behavior this morning from this pharmacy. I went to look for help for a lady who had fallen to the ground a short time before (bringing evident wounds, swelling and bruises under her eye and on her lip) to which I and another passer-by gave her first aid, the doctor present at the counter, despite she has seen the state of the lady, she has only worried about selling her the ointment for the swellings without even offering her a handkerchief to dry the blood spilled from the wounds, and after my insistence that something is needed to try to remedy it, then she presented herself with ice synthetic of course also for a fee. I believe all this is inhuman and unprofessional behavior, I will never go to this pharmacy again.

Non mi è sembrata disponibile al dialogo e quantomeno interessata. Mi sono spostata in un'altra farmacia poco distante da questa e lì hanno saputo aiutarmi e consigliarmi ed ora ho il prodotto che mi serve. non credo tornerò più. I'm sorry to write it but the pharmacist made me feel very uncomfortable, I didn't think I would receive such a reaction by exposing myself to a professional my problems. It did not seem available to me and at least interested. I moved to another pharmacy not far from this one and there they were able to help and advise me and now I have the product I need. I don't think I'll come back anymore.

Loro prodotti , preparati e prodotti da loro , come per esempio la crema di Arnica montana è letteralmente miracolosa (ovviamente parlo di mia esperienza personale )! Consigliatissimi vivamente!!! Antonioli pharmacy is probably the most beautiful pharmacy I know ever. Staff is fantastic, they are fast, prepared, very kind! Their products, prepared and produced by them, such as Arnica montana cream is literally miraculous (obviously I speak of my personal experience)! Highly recommended !!!
