In un momento di forte difficoltà personale, nel periodo covid, mi sono venuti incontro facendomi una consegna a domicilio richiesta all'ultimo e senza prendere neppure un euro per la consegna. Davvero stupita da tanta dedizione al lavoro. Un caro ringraziamento. Complimenti! I can only give 5 stars to this pharmacy. Really nice staff ready to meet your every need. In a moment of great personal difficulty, in the covid period, they came to me by making a home delivery request at the last minute and without taking even one euro for the delivery. Il giorno dopo facendo presente la negligenza è stato rimborsato con modi e toni molto sgarbati. SCONSIGLIO, di farmacie ce ne sono molte altre in zona. Very rude staff. R	Roby Briston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il dottore é una persona molto gentile ma passa la voglia di andare in questa farmacia in quanto una delle commesse (quella tonda) dimostra la propria infelicità e le proprie frustrazioni personali riservando ai clienti (che le permettono di avere uno stipendio) toni scortesi e atteggiamenti da svogliata e strafottente.Mi dispiace dare una valutazione così bassa perché,ripeto,il dottore é preparato e gentile ma é meglio che le oche le lasci in campagna altrimenti resterà con poca clientela! The doctor is a very kind person but the desire to go to this pharmacy passes away as one of the orders (the round one) demonstrates her unhappiness and her personal frustrations by reserving rude tones and attitudes to customers (which allow her to have a salary) from listless and arrogant.I am sorry to give such a low rating because, I repeat, the doctor is prepared and kind but it is better that the geese leave them in the countryside otherwise it will remain with few customers!

Abbiamo acquistato delle creme solari di ottima qualità ma attenzione al prezzo (non esposto) perché sono serviti poi quasi 50€. Per il resto si tratta di un locale molto curato, pulitissimo, con personale estremamente professionale. Pharmacy in the area very useful because it is very busy and on the way to go to the sea. Una impiegata mi ha detto che dovevo prendere un numero, e che i numeri si davano a partire delle 19.15, siccome vivo lontano dal centro ho chiesto se potevo prenderlo in quel momento e poi ritornare quando iniziassero i tamponi. Lei mi ha dato il numero ma un'altro uomo con barba ha iniziato a rimproverarmi e alla fine (senza che io dicessi niente) mi ha detto MALEDUCATA, che così facevano tutti e poi era tutto un disordine. Io dico, io cosa c'entro se loro non sanno gestire la loro attività? Bastava con dire NON POSSIAMO DARTI IL NUMERO, TORNA PIÙ TARDI. Invece, hanno perso un cliente, non ci tornerò mai più. Ho fatto il tampone senza aspettare nella farmacia comunale di Cattabrighe. I went for the first time a few days ago to make an appointment for a tampon. Si è arrabbiato subito al mio semplice commento stupito e POSITIVO “ah è aperta” dato che sono le 21.35 di un festivo e trovare aperta la farmacia mi aveva fatto piacere. Dopo un suo commento sarcastico non siamo neanche riusciti a parlare di quello che mi serviva, dato che ha iniziato a dirmi che quello che mi serviva non può esistere (cose che invece acquisto dappertutto, semplicemente non l’aveva lui in negozio). Mi ha anche fatto quindi pesare che i prodotti che prendo di solito, oltre a non esistere, non funzionano. Morale, ha fatto polemica, mi ha trattato male, e infine congedata come se gli avessi spaccato una vetrina del negozio: e dire che dicono tutti che sono troppo gentile. Ottima mossa con in clienti, bravo, complimenti Rude the gentleman at work tonight.
