l’opzione 0 stelle, entriamo e tutto sembra normale, giriamo per il negozio normalmente facciamo un acquisto e prima di uscire guardiamo delle creme accanto alla porta, tendendo il barattolo in mano senza aprirlo per leggere il nome e la commessa che era di turno ( giovedì febbraio 11 alle 18:10) dice la seguente frase :” mi sembrate italiani abbastanza per saper leggere che quei tester non si possono aprire “, non abbiamo apprezzato il modo e il tono sprezzante con cui si è rivolta a noi, non avevamo visto nessuna forma di segnalazione che diceva di non toccare i tester e avrebbe comunque potuto avvisarci appena entrati in modo educato.

the 0 star option, we go in and everything seems normal, we go around the shop normally we make a purchase and before leaving we look at some creams next to the door, holding the jar in hand without opening it to read the name and the saleswoman who was on duty ( Thursday February 11 at 18:10) says the following sentence: "you seem Italian enough to be able to read that those testers cannot be opened", we did not appreciate the way and the contemptuous tone with which she addressed us, we had not seen no form of signaling that said not to touch the testers and still could have warned us as soon as we entered in a polite way.
