★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice shop for high end shirts, suits and more. The style is mainly classic and the personel speak both Italian and English. For me it was not a good experience because they wouldn't let me try the shirt to my skin. Instead I had to keep my other shirt under it which resulted in me buying a too big shirt, something I only discovered as I was already home in Germany.
They did not offer money back, and as it was the smallest size in the shop, 38, it was not even possible for me to change it for another one! Needless to say, I was a bit dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude salesman...asked for a winter jacket but not as heavy as a ski jacket. Reply "we have nothing, you buy in UK". Found about 5 which were exactly what I was after.... "For you 790 euros" ...sure. the smaller size was 250 euros. Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice products sold by silly and rude sales person. Another sales person was actually very nice, yet was with other customer, and I got this bad mouthing guy who made fun of me in Italian. Sure I didn't understand, but it was in my face. I confronted about it, and he calmed down and acted normally afterwards. Hope he got his lesson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve seen a lot of poor reviews of this shop but my experience was nothing but stellar. I saw a beautiful pair of shoes I wanted to buy my bf but was nervous about purchasing them and bringing them back to the states, worried about sizing. The associate was nothing but patient and helpful, aiding me in figuring out the correct size; providing me with his card in case I needed to send them back; educating me on getting a return of taxes from the purchase; and patient as I processed out loud over and over my concerns about sizing and fit. I had an excellent experience. And, the shoes ended up fitting like a glove.
