Avoid this place!! They spoilt my experience of Rome. When I walked it a man approached me and bought me a number of garments to the changing room. He told me that he would charge me €10 to tailor a pair of trousers. I agreed. When I got to the till a lady served me and after paying for the items I bought I noticed they had “Overcharged!” me by €15. When I questioned them about this they THEN told me that the tailoring will cost me €10 to make the 1st amendment and another €15 to make the 2nd amendment. As this was not explained to me prior to purchasing the garment I was NOT HAPPY with purchasing the trousers as the tailoring cost was over half the price of the trousers! This is when the attitude of all of the staff in the store changed and they all started talking in Italian between themselves. The man told me that as I paid my credit card they were unable to provide me with a refund!! I was not happy with this and asked to speak to a manager. After 10 minutes of waiting and watching all the staff carrying on with other work I started to get irritated and asked the man what was going on and why they are ALL ignoring me and treating me like a mere pleb who has just come off the streets!! Then the man stated that it was his first day working there; for me all I was simply asking for was a refund of the trousers and I was very happy with purchasing my other garments. Then a very rude lady with curly hair served and she said we can buy something else from the shop but would not give us a refund. None of the staff put their hands up to apologise it was their fault. After 30mins of standing around they finally agreed to give me back €15 in cash and said they would do what the man had originally stated. Overall the staff here are VERY RUDE, LIARS, DO NOT ACCEPT THE FACT WHEN THEY ARE WRONG. PLEASE DONT BOTHER GOING INTO THIS STORE IT WILL RUIN YOUR TRIP TO ROME AS IT DID OURS.!!!!!! 0/10

I fell in love with this brand!!! By chance, I stopped by this shop and to be honest I was amazed by the quality!!! Besides, prices were very affordable on sale!!! And above all that, their style is awesome. One salesman in particular was very helpful and cheerful!!!! Don’t hesitate to go have a look and get yourself a piece of authentic Italian Roman apparel!

One of the best experiences I’ve had in Rome. Very nice clothes, good quality. The assistant inside (maybe Giorgio, not sure, a gentleman) was very helpful and professional, helped me with everything. Will come back later for sure.
