When I came home with the purchase, I realized that the sandals were too tight on my foot, so I decided to return them. The store manager immediately categorically said that he would not return the money, it is not in the rules of their store. Said that we can choose other shoes, but the money will not return. This is not legal! International rules give me the right to return the item within 14 days. We stood up for our rights and demanded a refund. But the manager was extremely unpleasant. I ask the store manager to pay attention to this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an absolutely high class apparel store in Rome and you can find valuable clothes (the price is high). The sales clerks are professional. But,... when I and my wife visited recently, my wife found a nice coat. And then I held that coat since she needs trying it and off several times to see how it fits her. But one senior sales clerk took it from me and put it on the table. I am so surprised since she physically took it off, which is regarded as a rude attitude. I have never seen this kind of attitude to the guests in other stores all over the world. I have to say other staff in this shop are polite and gentle.
