Commessa al telefono,... alla mia domanda “ scusi posso chiedere? “ la stessa rispondeva : “ calcolando che io avevo già chiuso!..” Vista l’ottima accoglienza e l’estrema disponibilità della commessa, richiamavo subito le mie amiche ,che nel mentre avevano adocchiato come me degli articoli, e abbiamo chiuso la porta alle nostre spalle. Il tempo perso per la difficoltà di trovarla, poiché un po’ nascosta (che peccato!), è stato ampiamente ripagato con una grande soddisfazione sia per la fantastica collezione sia per l'accoglienza ricevuta dalla signora, molto disponibile e più che professionale. Ha saputo consigliarmi molto bene indicandomi capi adatti alla mia persona, rispondendo con molta pazienza a tutte le mie domande e sempre col sorriso sulla bocca. Devo sottolineare inoltre che è riuscita a dedicarmi molta attenzione nonostante la presenza di diversi clienti e che lei fosse sola in boutique. Grazie davvero signora Allegra, per avermi dedicato il suo tempo e la sua attenzione anche oltre l'orario di chiusura. Se verrò di nuovo ad acquistare da voi sarà sicuramente anche per la sua alta professionalità e raffinato garbo. La scortesia e la maleducazione rovinano una maison nota per la sua eleganza e per l’accuratezza/gentilezza nell’accoglienza i clienti. Sono anni che io e mia madre veniamo nel negozio ad acquistare ma dopo l’esperienza di oggi MAI PIÙ e non mi terrò neanche dal fare un reclamo alla proprietaria ed anche alla maison stessa. Arrivo alle 18:45, busso perché vedo la suddetta seduta beatamente davanti al pc e con Sgarbo mi si dice che sono chiusi. Peccato che l’orario di chiusura era alle 19 ma la stessa ha detto che doveva pulire e mi ha chiuso la porta in faccia ancor prima che potessi controbattere. Stava talmente indaffarata con le pulizie che, ribadisco, stava beatamente davanti al computer. Dopo l’ennesimo atto di scortesia di questa giovane signorina maleducata avete perso due clienti, anzi tre contando che anche mia sorella ha subito più volte lo stesso trattamento dalla stessa persona. Farò solamente acquisti online o, come ho fatto dopo questo accadimento, andrò ad altro negozio della stessa zona.
